Meeeh! Tonight we tried it and didn’t really care for it. Maybe because we got it to go or… maybe not. The service and cleanliness were spot on but the food is a(?). We got the chicken cheese steak and Pastrami sandwich for the wife and I. Very salty food and if we go again I will try what I was told to purchase by the very polite staff and that’s the #13 the Original. We got the following: #26, Bacon Chicken Ranch = 3.2 stars #20, grilled Pastrami Rubin = 2.5 stars #55, Chicken Cheese Steak = 3.0 stars

So after eating here at least 15 times in the past few months, I have noticed quality is getting worse and worse by a good amount. The last 4 times I have been there they have gotten really skimpy on the meat. On my last ham, salami, and provolone sub I counted literally one piece of salami. Also, the bread and sandwiches are very inconsistent. The first week the store opened the subs were really, really, good. But the last few times I have eaten there have been a major disappointment, to the point where I have no interest in going back and I am a sub freak(Its my fav food). I hope the owner reads this and starts working on the consistency.

Concept is not the best. One person picks the bread and slices the sparse lunch meat to order. When they are done they pass it to another person to add the lettuce and mayo. Then another person rings you up. Slooooooooow. Plan on you eating your lunch in the car rushing back to work. Its lunch time fill a tub full of lunch meat and grab your 6 slices and throw it on some bread. The sandwich is something you can make at home really nothing special. If I am eating out its something I can’t make for myself.

I had never been to a Jersey Mikes before this location opened up. I was a bit skeptical, that it would be another bland sub place. I was quite wrong! The subs are huge, and the ingredients are top notch. The prices are very fair and ilI like the vast selection of subs to choose from. The service is really good as well. It can get pretty busy at lunch time, and if you order a hot sub, the wait can be 10 – 15 minutes. But I am good with that, because it is always delicious.

Went in to try this place. I miss the Quiznos that was in the old location… So, really slow service. Took forever for our subs to get done, and there were only 2 people ahead of us and at least 4 staff people. Lady shows up after we ordered and she says she ordered online, but the staff had no clue about her order, so they had to make it for her right there. So we ordered 2 subs, and she ordered 4 subs, and her order was almost finished by the time we got ours. Both subs were lackluster. Nothing special or spectacular about them. Subway quality. Darn you Quiznos…

I ordered a steak sub and I was looking forward to trying it out. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s. I have to say the meatball sub was okay. That’s right, I received something completely different from what I ordered. I was in a rush, so I didn’t want to have them re-make my order. The bread couldn’t stand up to the sauce. So by the end of the sub it was a large soggy mess. If I go again, I will make sure the person taking my order repeats back what I asked for.

I have tried this place three times now and can confidently say it’s a strike out. Ordered a wrap the first time, hot ingredients but cold wrap, Chicken was tasteless. Second time a hot sub, was told they do not toast rolls because they are made fresh. Not sure what that had to do with anything. Roll was to chewy and soft. Third time ordered a tub which is their salad. There are no ingredients to add to a salad other than the normal sub toppings which are only lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles and hots. The check out is confusing and slow. Sorry Jersey you aren’t Maryland!

I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s before and was excited to see they opened up a location here in Harford County. Their subs remind me of growing up in Northern Jersey. Today was business day number 2 for them and they were swamped(see photo), as we waited 30 minutes in the line that wrapped back to the door and started curling into the table area. The reason I say this is because anyone standing in line had plenty of time not only to choose a sub, but more importantly see how generously the assembly line crewmember applied the oil and vinegar. My eyes were open and told her to skip the O&V on my sandwich, and then I saw they had banana peppers and asked for them, both requests honored without complaint. Skip the numbers, I ordered the roast beef with provolone on white roll, and my companion ordered the hot pastrami sub. I was a little disappointed with the amount of roast beef on mine, but my companion’s pastrami was stuffed(see photos). The italian sub rolls are fresh and crispy, not some roll from a plastic bag from a commercial mass produced Bakery, like Wonder or Sunshine. Their product is a definite step up from Subway and Quiznos hands down!!! Are they the best… no, but they are good. Nothing will ever beat a true Jersey Deli, but hey we’re in Maryland!!!

The subs here are very bland. Ordered 2 subs on the menu. A #17& #31. Both lacked even a decent amount of meat. Way too much sauce. Sub was dripping onto the foil and left a soggy taste. For the prices they charge usually $ 7+ they could give you a decent amount of meat and a decent sub. Not a sub that taste like it’s from a low class carry-out place.
