Kohl’s

Wish I could give zero stars. Rudest store I have ever been in from the cashier to the manager.
I will not spend another penny in there.

Came here with my sister. She has a kohls card and they sent her a bunch of coupons.
Highly organized kohl’s. Also fully stocked too. The employees were friendly & helpful. I think something might have happened that day in-​terms of loss prevention because MSP was outfront.
That’s not a good sign in BEL AIR. But overall this kohl’s is pretty good. But they limit you on the amount of coupons you can use at the register. Also they WON’T let you do more then one purchase with coupons.

This Kohl’s has upped their game since the opening of the newer, prettier store in Forest Hill They’ve cleaned and restructured; as a result it feels less cluttered and more spacious. I appreciate the customer service here — returns are easy and quick, a front-​end cashier issues you a greeting when you walk in, and lines don’t get backed up. The store is well stocked. The location is convenient. Nothing negative to say.

This Kohl’s is always clean and organized, and there’s always an associate willing to help you if needed. Their prices are decent and they usually have great sales. The only thing I can’t stand is the thing that most dept stores do — hound you about getting one of their credit cards when you are at the register. A simple «No, thank you» is not enough. They want to inquire about the reason why you don’t wish to sign up. It gets annoying. Other than that though, great store.

Your typical Kohl’s store. The employees are very friendly and efficient. This location seems a bit smaller than others around the area. Make sure you check online before you buy anything– they usually have some kind of promotion going on.

All I can say is I love this place! I know it’s expensive but the employees are always helpful

This Kohl is okay, nothing very special. I typically come when I get the $ 10 gift card from them in the mail. I don’t typically come outside of this rare event since there is nothing I really want here that can’t get a better deal from somewhere else.

Kohls like any other department store has their good and bad points. They can be over priced on some things and on others they have great deals. One thing that Kohls does very well is their sales. If you shop there, then you will know about their 12 annual discounts, and if you are one of their special credit card customers, you get an additional 6 discounts. Along with the discounts Kohls uses a sales gimmick using Kohl’s Cash as an additional incentive to keep you coming back.
If you are a savvy shopper you can turn all these discount offerings, sales, and Kohl’s Cash to your advantage. Last Christmas I bought a 14 cup food processor that retailed for $ 200, but when I combined a sale and a special discount I managed to grab the food processor for $ 90.
Kohl’s carries some really great products.
My wife is really into Dragonflies and Kohl’s has an entire bathroom line decorated very tastefully with Dragonflies. I bought the entire ensemble for our wedding anniversary two weeks ago when I found out they were on sale through their Internet Kiosk… totaling $ 187. When I checked the Black Friday sales, I noticed that Kohl’s placed them on an even better sale, so I returned them all and repurchased them for $ 134.
Also Kohl’s has an awesome home and kitchen section and are the exclusive retailers for Food Network name brand products.
As with anything if you want a deal, you have to be willing to patient and wait until the timing is right. Sometimes it never will be and then others times the deals just fall into your lap.
Kohl’s is a great store, and the only department store that I am willing to have their store credit card. I never carry a balance, but use the card to get the better sales and then pay it off.

It always smells in here, and it’s way too expensive for the clothing! I came here when they had a major sale on vacuums, and I bought mine. .. of course, it took forever because they didn’t have clear prices. Then, when I went to Target afterward, they had the same vacuum not on sale, but for less! I bought that one, and then I returned the Kohl’s one.
I have yet to find a good deal there – except with their sterling silver jewelry. Then, you can usually get a pretty good deal on nice, simple earrings. That’s the only reason I shop there.
