I can’t speak for the other two locations, but I really like the Abingdon store. Troy in service and Justin in sales are great guys. 5 bikes from Petes in the last 16 years, and will continue to give them my business.

If youre a looking to find the most AHoles per capita under one roof… This is the place… Bought 2 motorcycles this year… Thank God not from these Idiots… First Ducati I brought to them to have inspected took well over an hour… Checked my odometer on the way in… Way out was +20… Apparently took it out for extended Inspection ride… Second one I reluctantly brought back… Watched em like a Hawk… they didn’t like that so they put a nice deep little gouge underneath my previously pristine gas tank… So I called them on it… Troy Boy… the Biggest Tool in the place answers… In his usual pompous tone tells me I can go Fudge myself and I’m Blacklisted from Petes for life… OMG I’m so hurt… About the nicest thing they’ve done for Me… DONTEVERTAKEYOURBIKEHERETOGETINSPECTED… DONTWASTEYOUR $$$ ONBUYING A BIKETHERE Either… Like I said unless you like to be bent over and passed around like an FNG in prison… FUDGEYOUPETESANDTROY… KARMASGOT A SPECIALPLACEFORPEOPLELIKEYOU…

Since May 1998, I’ve given Pete’s 3 chances to win my business, and 3 times they’ve failed. This time, it’s the way they handled the negotiation process, and their pricing. Unprofessional on many levels. There’s currently a SALE taking place, and the sale price was positioned to me as «You’re getting $ 5,200 off the bike, and that’s as low as it goes.» Naturally, I’m a buyer, so I want to make sure there’s no more wiggle room. Not only was the rep quite unprofessional in his tone, he failed to mention the manufacturer of the bike, Can Am, has a $ 3,000 rebate on the bike. So in reality, the dealership isn’t losing a dime. The $ 2,200 may have dipped into their profits a little, but it wouldn’t have killed them to remove the $ 200 dealer prep, which we all know is bogus. I found a 2014, a year newer model at a dealership in WV for THESAMEPRICE as what Pete’s was ready to sell 2013 for. I’m trying Pete’s, but you continue to think your customers, especially the women, are stupid.

I just went into Petes Cycle to look at helmets. The selection of helmets was good, but obviously the prices are retail. I found that the staff and people there were very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products though. They seemed willing to help me as a new rider even though it was clear that I wasn’t going to make a purchase immediately.
