Went it to try to get an appraisal on my watch. No one was in the store and the man said he doesn’t think they want to do them til after the holidays. I got here at open to make it easy on a rainy weekday. They refused to take my money, then insulted me with a ridiculous value if they were to buy it. I will never do business with them. Belair

Stop by to see Bob. He is super helpful. Great selection of jewelry. They even sell custom, homemade pens from an artisan shop in Jarrettsville.

A staff that is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of fine jewelry, I’ve purchased several Tissots from them, presents for the wife and both of my kid’s class rings. All reasonably priced. They literally make it feel as if they are your personal jeweler. Wish them the best as always!

I came here to get my ring resized. The people are pretty nice and they are ready to help you once you step in the door. The atmosphere is very casual and there is no pressure to buy. They also did a good job resizing my platinum ring though it was a bit expensive ($ 120) and took 2 weeks.
