A friend wanted 2 sign up for sprint. So we came in and waited and walked around the store for like 25min and Noone ever helped us. We just gave up and left. If they treat new customers like this. I can’t imagine how they treat existing customers then.
Also most of the phones showed two bars which means I guess sprint does not have good coverage in Bel Air, MD.

Sprint is the absolute worst. You have been warned. Their customer service and cell phone coverage over the past two years has been atrocious. We canceled our service the day after our contract expired. Every time I went into a Sprint store or called customer service it was a gawd awful experience. Please go somewhere that appreciates customers, do not reward poor behavior.

Best customer service. Bob in tech support and Kevin in sales are my faves. It’s nice that they now have a tech support office here since I used to have all the way down to the sprint on Ebenezer Rd previously.
