GOTO FORTHETRUEREVIEW. DONOTRENTHERE!!. Before moving in it seem wonderful with great polite staff. However after moving in they turned to a bunch of succubus demons. Megan is total bitch I got my rim stolen from my car on the parking lot and I wanted to see the camera. At the time Megan was luring another victim to this hell hole so I decided to speak with Lisa who is a total idiot. Megan kicked me out of the office so the her customer would not hear the incident. If i was a new customer and I saw how they treated their tenants after getting property stolen I would have left then and there. No one in the office knew how to work the camera so I had no idea who stole it. Far as I know it could have been one of their maintenance crew and trust me they were some lazy low class citizens looking for a free meal. The Manager is never there and always seems to be hiding. Before moving in I made a 850 dollar deposit due to pets however the great news was I was able get the pet deposit as well. However at the end of my lease I ask what should I do with the carpet. Because I knew my pets urinated on the carpet. Megan stated to have the carpet clean by a professional so I did. Carpet cleaner vender from the apartment was provided to me and I payed 250 dollars to get the carpet cleaned. Thinking I was going to get most of the deposit back they sent me a e-mail statement stating the entire carpet was replaced leaving me only 150 dollars left from the deposit. I was outraged that I spent 250 dollars to clean the carpet then they replace it anyways. Even though I got over that situation they still didn’t give me my remainder deposit back. I gave Lisa and Meagan my fowarding address the day I left and I month later I came by requesting update on my deposit Lisa this dumb girl said that she remembered me giving the forward address to her however the update was never made. So I gave it to them again and she said the billing department from UDR would give me call. No one called that pass week. And I called Meagan and as expected she just gives me a number to the HQ for UDR which no one picks up. You can only leave a voice message. I am still fighting for my deposit I can’t believe I have to go through all this after I wanted to cut tides with this place. They also let anyone move I mean anyone Thugs/hood rats I think their called. Trust these rating from everyone and don’t be a victim of this place like I was. They look like angels at first and then rape you while your in their realm. Meagan and Lisa word karma will get to you soon. P. S. Please forgive my vocabulary I don’t feel like proof reading this.

Signed a 14 month lease here last December with m ex and two small kitties. 5 months into the lease I ended up having to re-lease my apartment bc said ex left. The leasing staff was not only courteous and professional as they assisted me in reapplying for my aparment, but they were also incredibly sympathetic and gave me an abundance of advice when it came to issues ranging from whether to find a roommate or not, to personal trials of my own. Although there were some new faces in the main office from time to time, there were also a few longer term employees, and I never expected to receive as much support and quality service as I did! My apartment was a 2 bed, 2 bath on the 4th floor with the gigantic vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, etc. I loved everything about the apartment and the sercured entry building itself. Full sized washer & dryer, large kitchen with plenty of cabinets and storage, more light fixtures in the great room/kitchen you could ever really need, well-insulated walls so you could barely hear your neighbors, the large wall mounted flat screen that the apartment came with… I could go on for days. This apartment was not flashy with granite countertops or ss appliances, but it had all the makings of an absolutey fantastic home. The rent payments were a breeze; simply paid through my checking account either on my computer or on my iPhone, and an electronic receipt was forwarded to my email. The maintanence men were always polite, personable and respectful of my home, and never seemed to get annoyed when I asked them 20 questions in reference to how they fixed things. The whole 14 months I was there, I had maintanence come only to change a lightbulb(which was on the 14 foot ceiling in the kitchen,) to work on my dishwasher, and to exterminate a hornets nest on the balcony. Each time, all I had to do was schedule their visit through the resident portal(same place I paid my rent) and it was magically taken care of. The neighborhood was also very quiet and peaceful, full of middle-class families, single professionals, and military men and women from APG. The community is located right off of I-95, making any commute a cakewalk! My only regret is that I had to move out to be closer to my job(located in Baltimore City.) I would definately recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area!
