First of all, I was placed on hold for 10+ minutes. I finally hung up and called back. I was surprised by the way Sam answered the phone. Very unprofessional!
We asked for delivery, but it was a 65 minute time frame for delivery. We decide to pick up our selves. We ordered two pizzas and wanted bone in wings but they were out of bone in wings. We settled on boneless. Went to pick up and they said our order was not ready. When in fact, it had the wrong name on the box. When the our food arrived, the pizza was so dry and the wings were so cold!
Unfortunately, Belen is limited in restaurant choice. I am sad for the service that we received at the Belen Pizza Hut on Main Street.

Horrible stopped by after church to eat no salad bar no pan pizza and they couldn’t serve beer this was bar far the worst pizza Hut I ever ate at the belen location needs a manager who cares

I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut and I asked him to call before they came in because I have dogs and if you got the right touch Peppers and cheese I called the store and complained I called the store so talking to to the manager his name is Mike and he did not like what I was saying and hung up the phone on me what good customer service specially from the manager laugh out loud will never go there again

I love the new and improved pizza they are now making. I never used to like Pizza Hut, but decided to give them another chance. Glad I did! I order online then drive down to pick it up. Very very good prices, and the flavor is incredible just for a two topping pizza
I now make this a once a week trip. I even ate inside a few times and the service was great!

This place sucks! Why did I come here? Oh yeah, silly me, I stayed the night in Belen when I should have stayed the six miles up the road in Las Lunas. And Pizza Hut was like the only thing open besides fast food. Bleh! And I normally like Pizza Hut (sometimes) but this place just seemed to fuck up a pizza. How do you do that?
