Tgf Cuts

Walked in to an empty salon. Not even an employee. I should’ve taken it as sign; but I went to the cigar Shoppe and came back. When I returned by found one gal sitting in her styling chair eating Chinese food. She asked if she could help me? I said I need to get a haircut. She took a moment to tidy up her lunch and then called me back.
I asked for a fade with a #3 on the sides. I dont know if she totally understood what I meant because she was not going to do anything to the top until I told her to shorten the top (¾ through my hair cut.) There was no conversation except what I initiated. She needed to sharpen her clippers as they pulled my hair most of the time and she couldnt figure out why.
No offering of a mirror to see the back of my head and she didnt ask how I wanted it shaped. (I hope the back of my head is ok.) I got home and found a small bald spot where she cut to short on my left side.
Will be my last time there.

This place is great, I got my haircut today by Zoie and I am really happy with the results!!! She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, the hair cut was quick and the price was super reasonable!!! I am totally going to go back in a month or two!!! Zoie rules!!!

I just want to say that I have been a customer from this place for several years but my favorite lady retired and I committed a big mistake trying something else SHEARS EXPERIENCE should be called HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Omg I found out that they are the same rude mean and messy people who used to work in TGF, they cut my hair before obviously in a day off of my favorite stylist and the ruined, I gave them the opportunity, I thought well it’s being long time maybe they improved, ughhhhh I cried all night long .I came back to TGF knowing that these crazy ladies were not there no more … Omg my best decision I took NEW FACES nice and kind girls. Even if I lost 5 inches of my hair I know that I have a great haircut that I receive compliments everyday. THANKS TGF for renewing your crew of girls .
Great prices, excellent job by the way they are always running promotions. I highly recommend TGF

While our experience wasn’t completely screwed up, it wasn’t good. Upon arrival, empty salon. One employee comes up to the front desk and gets my husband signed in for his haircut. Employee actually hollered over her shoulder «You’ve got a haircut — it’s YOUR turn» more than once. INCREDIBLY unprofessional. The 2^nd employee didn’t appear very happy to be there, and while she wasn’t unfriendly, she wasn’t smiling or going out of her way to please. The icing on the cake was that the buzz (an incredibly simple cut) was $ 26, completely overpriced for the service that my husband got. I left the stylist a tip only because I felt bad that the other gal had just yelled at her in front of customers.
After we had left, my husband found some spots of long hair missed in the buzz… We will be buying our own razor and doing these cuts at home.
It was our fault for not being willing to wait one more hour to get in at Shear Experience, our usual hair place that I recommend anyone to visit instead of TGF

TGF in Belfair totally trashed my hair. I spent more money than I normally would anywhere else in the area to have my hair done by someone at TGF that did not know what she was doing. I contacted the owner who wanted me to come back to have the problem corrected by TGF. When I told him that I had no intention of having his company ruin my hair yet again, he said that there was nothing that he would do for me. I even sent him pictures of my ruined hair and he agreed that it needed to be made right, he was just not wiling to refund any money.

I have actually made the mistake of going back three times.
They totally destroyed my hair, then I took my son back a few months later thinking that it is hard to mess up a boys hair, and they trashed his hair, and yet again my husband went on his own and they trashed his hair. They were so bad, I actually started my Unilocal account just so I could review them.
If I could give negative stars, I would.
