He was amazing and got the job done quickly. Arrived on time, and got to work right away. He was very nice and we enjoyed his company for the 3 hours it took him to finish his extremely thorough inspection. Will use him in the future!

I had my first home inspection yesterday and John was an absolute dream come true. He gave me incredible insight, bringing a lot of things to my attention I wouldn’t even had thought of until after we had moved in — like water pressure differences, strange wiring choices and the water heater actually not being hooked up. (Yeah, we won’t be buying this beauty of a house) He offered me suggestions on what I should have the seller fix, what I could expect to fix myself and when to call a professional in. I was nice to get a honest, professional and unbiased opinion on the biggest financial commitment of my life.
He completed the inspection in a few hours (done by 1 pm yesterday) and I had his full report, complete with pictures, sitting in my inbox at 10 am this morning. I will certainly be using him for my next home inspection!
