I must admit that I had it in for RiteAid and took great pleasure when their competitor moved in next door. Admirably, they rose to the competition and brought me back into the fold with the redirection of pharmacy and counter personnel toward far more customer centric behavior and cordiality. This, combined with a very reliable on-line product, makes filling prescriptions and buying OTC products feel like a shopping experience rather than a drug fuled obligation.
I’m hard to reclaim once I’ve decided against something. Impressively, the Belfast RiteAid corrected course and earned my renewed loyalty.
