If I could give a negative rating, I would, this pizza hut location is the WORST!!! My husband and I love pizza hut, but the staff working at this location gives the company a bad rep/image. Their delivery time is the WORST and their customer service is HORRIFIC. Not only are the rude, they are very unprofessional, when they answer they’re not courteous. Their greet is «Hello & Wait,» Our first bad experience, we cancelled our order after waiting for OVER an hour and a half for our pizza’s to be delivered! We called 5 times and their response every time was«the pizza is on its way.» Well, after 90 minutes, our pizza never arrived and we cancelled. Our second bad experience, once again we waited OVER an hour our delivery(called several times to inquire about it), when the pizza finally arrived, our pizza was RAW!!! How does that even happen??? Not only did we wait for the delivery, we had to then put it in OUR oven and wait for it to be ready!!! I was extremely upset, I called and spoke to a manager by the name of Ashley, her solution to the problem was to give us $ 15 off on our next purchase!!! Really? We called several days later to check if this manager kept her word, we were told the offer was not in the system and they could only give us $ 5OFF!!! Now I can see why the staff, customer service and even the food is HORRIBLE, their management staff is the WORST!!!

It smells like a chuck e cheese, a sort of kid sweat scent. The food is good, time wait is average. The price is usual as to suspect it is a true franchise.

Their pizza sucks I order a pepperoni lovers and it super sucked it had like 5 pepperonis. I called and got no help some girl said that’s how it came. Like really? I paid 20 $ for a pizza that was suppose to be a large and it looked like a medium. Never again. This Pizza Hut location sucks.

Pizza Hut pizza is ALWAYS delicious. :) you can’t go wrong with the taste! My parents and I decided to eat here after I got out of work on Valentine’s Day, because we didn’t want to be standing in any waiting lines for other restaurants. It was the first time dining in for me, and the place is okay, the tables weren’t really well-kept but it’s a good place for the teens from bell high. The cashier guy seemed kind of new and timid, so I understand why he didn’t really talk. The whole crew in the kitchen consists of young adults, so don’t be surprised if you get bad service. As for me, I got good service and I was happy with my food. We ordered bbq wings, garlic bread, and pepperoni pineapple pizza. BOMB! I’ll come back to eat here if it’s late and I want to eat pizza indoors.

So I always order online seeing as how I work 8:30−6pm, & my husband gets out earlier than I do, so it’s convenient to just order for a ‘later pick up time’ and just have him get it on the way home. Ordering online is easy, obvious, but my issue is always when we go pick up. First off, why is there a ‘crew’ of PH members, but only 1 girl at the register? I understand if you are slow, but this place is always packed when we go in the evening(literally a line to the door) and no one ever helps the young lady out. At first, I wouldn’t complain because I figure your busy, & we’re not in a rush. But when you have to wait for over half an hour to pick something up that should already be set to go, your not going to get a happy customer. To top it off, she takes her sweet time to do anything! Second: The order is almost always wrong. I print my confirmation so I can prove what I ordered, yet, they always seem to forget something. My extra topping(which they charge for & sometimes seems as if they didn’t even put any), my extra dip, the flavor of the wings, extc. Like cmon, what you order is very clear on your print out and you have the order ahead of time, so why the screw up? Lastly, if you have to correct your order, a crew member from the back comes to help you(since the young lady @ the register is busy, remember?). The crew members from the back are always RUDE, as if you are interrupting them from something important(there is a window space behind the register, so you can see the other employees in the back, who don’t SEEM as if they are even doing anything). The least you can do is be helpful since you guys are the ones who mess up the order. All in all, these things don’t ALWAYS happen which is why I continue to order, but they happen too often for me to have to write a review. Plus, when you want something to fill you up but don’t want to spend too much(I don’t pay more than 20 $ for my order) this place does just that. I would suggest that the team manager, or store manager brush up the employees on better service, because for being a small location, with an intimate # of employees, service could and should be better.

I would come here after ever Cross Country race, I love this place when I’m with a group but the pizza isn’t good. I am not a fan of Pizza Hut pizza. SOGREASY!!!

Pizza Hut pizza is pretty standardized wherever you go, so I’m basing this review mainly on service. I ordered pizza for some of my students, to be delivered at 12:36, which is when lunch starts. I told them that we weren’t supposed to have pizza delivered, so to just wait outside, and someone would come out and pick up the pies. But, for Pete’s sake, whatever you do, don’t go into the main office, and don’t throw my name around. They said okay. So, guess what happens? At 12:20, the delivery guy comes and walks straight into the main office and makes a big fuss about how there’s no one to pick up the pizza, throwing my name around like rice after a wedding. The pizza place calls me and says the delivery guy is mad and needs me to come get the pizza. I tell them they’re over twenty minutes early. They tell me to go get the pizza. I say I can’t. They say go. I say you guys are stupid. I’m a teacher. I can’t just leave my class to go walk outside and get pizza. They tell me to send a student. I tell them no and to freaking wait for me to pick it up when they agreed to deliver it. More arguing ensues. In the end, when the bell rings, I run outside and get the pizza from the obviously pissed off driver. I’m obviously pissed off myself, but I still tip him, because I’m not a jerk, unlike the people working at this establishment.
