Bad service, dirty place and food is C grade. full of cilantro and tomatoes I couldn’t find the beans in my nachos… Sorry a** place. Next time I’ll jump in my ride and go to El Gavilán.

Good taco joint. Not the best I’ve had but you get what you expect from here. Food is good, Customer Service is good. They have specials and respect the employees of the school across the street. They accept phone orders. I wish they would be cleaner and they would give their own little touch to the flavor of the meat. All in all it’s like 1 level down from King Taco.

I love their asada fries, huge portion for cheap… sometimes instead of asada I get their grilled chicken breast instead with salsa verde. The workers are always really friendly. Can’t get enough of this place.

This place has gone down on their skills or maybe it’s just this particular location in Bell. I would rather go to the next city which they have another location there. Improve management on your cooks!!!

The food is is really flavorful, with your lunch or dinner your can enjoy a nice cold beer or soda, I mostly enjoy the mixto and the ceviche, today I’m going to have the torta fries and coke, with a nice cold beer price was under 20.00

I had a burrito mojado de asada, no complaints whatsoever. Good burrito. Evenly spread out with ingredients(e.g beans, rice, steak, cilantro, onion, salsa). Not too spicy. The beef was not that greasy. Like I said, no complaints.

The wait is to long! N u have to be bilingual to order. Hadbto wait 30mins for a breakfast burrito. The food is decent. To top off the bad experience they missed up my order. Thank you taco boy! Also they charge 50 cents for using ur card which isn’t a big deal if u have a wonderful experience or the food was worth all off this. Don’t go! Save the money n time somewhere else.

My buddy lives a couple of blocks from this place so every now and then we decide to hit up Taco Boy. We had just finished playing basketball so we figured instead of buying a ton of food and having a bbq we could save the time of cooking and just enjoy some good old Mexican food from the hood. We ordered food for about 8 people. We placed the order over the phone and the food was done in like 15 – 20 minutes(not positive on the time but it didn’t take too long). I got a burrito al pastor and it was good. Nothing to rave about, but it wasn’t the worst burrito I’ve ever had. My friend told me about the quesadilla’s at this location, but I’m skeptical about quesadilla’s that aren’t made at home so I decided to go with the sure choice in a burrito. I got a piece of the quesadilla and instantly regret not getting one for myself. They are huge and very good. Highly recommended. The green salsa there is also on point so make sure to fill up a couple of those salsa cups. One of my friend ordered some fries… please do yourself a favor and do not order the fries lol. If you’re in Bell and want to try something other than Tacos Mexico or King Taco I would suggest hitting up Taco Boy.

Eveer since I was a kid back in the early 90’s my parents used to treat me to Taco Boy. I have to say that this is as good as a taco shop gets! I love their salsas! The restaurant always smells of Fabuloso and is clean. Their tacos are out of this world as well as their burritos. I remember the owners of this Taco Boy company were friends of my parents and I think thats how I became to love this place. I dont live in Southern Cali anymore but whenever I’m in town to visit family this is a place I always visit… EVERYSINGLE time!

Since I moved here in Bell me and my hubby usually comes here when we have last minute eating choices, and plus there food is pretty good, and the price is reasonable. The only thing here is that there are sometimes very slow in preparing and serving the food that you order that it takes close to 15 min. just to get your food, yet there are times though too that they are fast in serving. The place is not that big so it gets crowded really fast, and the parking too as well. Parking is being shared with multiple businesses as well so if there are a lot of car, best luck you park somewhere that you can park. The reason I have given 3 stars is because of the parking, place, and the speed of service of your food, but either than that its really okay.

I have never waited this long for a taco in my life. Seeing as this is not a «sit down» restaurant, and more like a fast food establishment, I don’t see why it would take over 20 minutes to receive food. I mean, they’re tacos. The tortillas aren’t even cooked in any way. Well, maybe they’re heated, but not much more than that. I ordered the three taco combination, which supposedly came with rice and beans. When I got my plate, there were no rice and beans. My friend got the burrito combo, and although he was also expecting rice and beans, his plate was likewise bare. My tacos were large, but the way they were placed on the plate was awkward. I couldn’t really pick them up without all the insides spilling out. I did like the accompanying avocado, though. There were three burritos at our table. The asada burrito was visibly smaller than the chicken and the veggie. We decided that this is maybe due to the fact that red meat costs more? Who knows. The veggie burrito did not stay together and crumbled all over the place. Overall, our eating was a mess. Oh, and don’t come when it’s cold or raining, because it’s FRIGID in there!

Today was an unctuous lunch for my pre-health, college buddies & me at this Taco Boy =P. Before I’ll let my feelings out for the food, I’ll sorta quickly mention that it’s in a small plaza w/tacky blue benched seating, housing a few arcade games – including one where one of the prizes is a mini toy laser gun(Hey, it’s based on observation!), an HDTV, free wifi, & the required salsa bar. Service, however, can be slow according to my friends’ previous visits. At least the counter guy was cool b/c no language barrier was involved, & so it was very comfortable for me to speak English ^_^. And in terms of quality, you better not expect more than top-notch; simply put, it’s a get-what-you-paid-for, cheap deal! Now on w/the food… I got a regular Diet Coke &3 street-sized tacos worth $ 5: one Carne Asada, one Carnitas, & one Lengua. 1st off, all were dreadfully greasy, but the 1st two were 2.5 star material =/: tender but not so flavorful, even w/the pretty hot chili & the diced onions & cilantro on top. However, let me also mention that I was very reluctant in trying out the Lengua(Tongue) Taco for the 1st time ^_^. But b/c I trust my Hispanic friends who have eaten this even during childhood & b/c I heart Unilocal,I went for it. And believe me, it’s NOT game-y nor odd as I thought. This Lengua Taco was surprisingly super succulent: this meat was buttery-like & not at all rubbery nor chewy as opposed to other lengua tacos my friends have tried at other taco restaurants/stands. And finally I’ll note about some of my friends’ meals & the extras. The Carne Asada Torta, according to 1 friend, was delicious especially due to the toasty bun & mayo-seeped beef; the Al Pastor taco was incredibly spicy – by default; the Hashbrown was wonderfully crispy yet simultaneously so greasy; & the red salsa(not the one w/seeds) from the salsa bar left my mouth quite singed for good several minutes. So I’d say head onto Taco Boy & munch on the delicious Lengua Taco – if you dare. Oh, I almost forgot the bonus: this taqueria does $ 1 Taco Tuesdays!!!
