I came here because it was close to where I live, but the service here was extraordinary! The man I spoke to helped me choose the size of my monogram, and made my visit there a breeze. I sent it in on Tuesday as had it ready by Saturday morning which I was perfectly fine with!

I rarely use this business. I took a pair of men’s pants in to have them repaired. One of the seams started coming apart. It was a simple job. The pants were taken in on a Saturday afternoon. They said they would be ready the following Saturday and would cost about $ 10. This sounded like a long time for this type of repair but I didn’t say anything. The following Saturday, the same person waited on me. They had trouble finding my pants and got another person from the back work area to come out and look for them. After several minutes they found my pants nothing had been done to them. They asked me to wait and they would be ready in 10 minutes! I left the shop and ask when they closed. One of the people said they were sorry as I was walking out the door. About 30 minutes later, I came back and they had fixed the pants and they said it would be $ 5. Later that day I noticed they had left a text message on my phone number stating my pants were ready.

I can’t speak on behalf of the alterations, but they do embroidery here, and I needed to get my name embroidered on my white lab coats. The style of coat I bought had minimal space for embroidery, so we were uncertain whether we could do the embroidery and have it be visible(i.e., big enough to read and not covered by the collar or not running into my arm pit). The guy who helped me graciously made a sample while I was there to see if my name would fit and look good with the smaller sized font we had to choose. When we determined it would work, he ended up making 3 other samples in different fonts/sizes and texted me pics of them so I could choose what I liked best. They get an A+ for their service and patience with me. He was very nice and understanding the whole time. I don’t know if it’s customary to make samples, but I guess I wasn’t expecting it and was pleasantly surprised when he offered it. I never felt like I was annoying him when I was being particular. If my name is gonna be permanently on my coat, I want it to look good, right? I has happy with the results, and the price was reasonable. $ 12 for one line of text, which is the same quote I got from the Embroidery Shop right down the street.
