McDonald’s

This is the only place my family goes for quick bites/​iced coffees when we are at our place up north. I would say usually we have a 5-​star experience, although a few times we weren’t provided very great service.
This is really the only fast-​food restaurant for miles around (there is a Subway that opened a few years ago just down the street), so there really is no other option if you want to eat something on a budget or an Iced-​Coffee. Also, they are always VERY busy, both through the drive-​thru and inside.
We ordered 4 Iced coffees and a fry and it took 25 minutes to get our items. They said they had to brew more coffee, which is why it took so long — but didn’t really apologize once we got our items and didn’t look at us when we talking. Also, we asked if we could get a hash brown (it was 11am, so yes after breakfast hours, but the person in front of us was able to order 10 Sausage Burritos), they said we couldn’t. We let it go and ordered a fry instead.
Long story short, we called after our experience, and the manager offered us 4 iced coffees on the house next time we came through and also said that we should have been able to get a hash brown. The managers are great at making sure people are happy at this location, it just might be the workers that get over stressed because so many people are coming through the small establishment.
