Robert L. Bishop, DDS

I’ve been a patient of Dr Bishop for years, and I love that I NEVER have to wait more than a few minutes before I’m in the chair. His is a very small practice and I usually don’t even see more than one other patient in the office. I’ve had several crowns done by him with good results. If you want very personal service and have a busy schedule he may be the perfect dentist for you. Another reviewer mentioned that he is a quiet guy; true enough, and I like that he is thoughtful and deliberate.

Dr Bishop was my dentist for the six years I worked in the Greenway Plaza area. Appointments were easy to get, almost no wait once you arrived, and very professional service.
My husband on other hand has one complaint. Dr Bishop gave him a root canal, and he thought it was an intensely painful experience during the procedure. He figured that this was normal for a root canal; it’s kind of what everyone’s always heard. However, he had another root canal done when we were living in Atlanta and there was zero pain that time. I’ve never had one anywhere, so can’t comment from direct experience.
So, I have no personal complaints about Dr Bishop. One thing I will say is that he is a quiet guy. I think we exchanged 10 words the whole time I saw him. So if you want your dentist to chat you up, he may not be the guy for you.
