Tmobile ads are very misleading. I signed up using Jump On Demand. Surrendered an iphone6+ and iphone5s, both 64gb, worth $ 720 according to Gazelle. With this promo, I signed up for two iPhone6s for $ 5/mo and $ 12 mo, respectfully. The network sucks. Zero bars in Rice Village. Constantly falling back to Edge(2g). Slow data speeds during peak times; 1.8mbs or less downlink. Upon exercising the Coverage Guarantee, where they unlock the phones to let you go to another carrier, you LOSE the above mentioned pricing. Now I’m stuck paying Tmobile $ 32.99 per each phone until the end of the lease. This is in the extremely fine print of the multi page lease agreement. CROOKED! So Tmobile pockets the $ 720 for phone trade in; and I’m out. Sound very carrier of them, eh? I’m leaving Tmobile after three months of poor data, crappy service, and condescending customer service. Att and Verizon have the coverage. Tmobile does not and can not compare!

Not sure why these people have such great reviews. I had the worst experience ever there! I went early in the morning hoping I would be seen within a reasonable time, but it took over 40 minutes. I needed to change my phone due to an update that completely fried the software. After the long wait, the girl who helped me was clueless about everything! The guy helping the person next to us just went on and on about school and children… how about fixing the phone and calling the next person?! ugh, I was frustrated and right then and there decided to switch phone companies. I only hope never to deal with these people again. EVER.

6 yr At&T customer, this is why I moved to T-Mobile. Yesterday me and my pregnant wife went on a journey to upgrade our Note Edge, we called and went to 3 different t-mobile stores looking for the S6 edge by Samsung. Although all the stores told us they had the phone in stock, after arriving, none had it, except for this store. Jennie was helping us, and you could see she had years of experience, she helped us get a great deal which no one in the other tmobiles had even thought about offering me. I am really impressed with this store, and will only be coming here if and when I will upgrade my phone.
