Worst customer service at a Papa John’s goes to this place. It’s always mass chaos in here on the weekends. They always have an excuse for it too! Tonight’s excuse was the last straw. They screwed up when they charged me for the pizzas and had to do two transactions on my card. This is after I had to wait inside this tiny little store for an extra 20 min bc they cannot EVER properly estimate when they will have the pizzas ready. They told me 20 – 25 minutes, 45 minutes later I got my pizzas. Also they wanted to tell me they weren’t going to take a 50 dollar bill for payment. Excuses, excuses, excuses.
