Belle Mead Garage

I wish I could give Belle Mead Garage 20 stars!!! I have been buying my vehicles here since 1992. Their service is ABOVE AND BEYOND INCREDIBLE!!! I have tons of examples of times they have gone out of their way to accommodate me. I feel like they treat me like I’m part of their family. MANY times I have told people that Belle Mead Garage should teach a course in customer service to other businesses.
We got off on a wrong foot initially. I had made an appointment with Kip to do the deal on my car. I arrived at the appointment time to find out he had left to go somewhere. He called as soon as he returned and apologized profusely. He said I could come at that time. I could not leave the house as my children were due to get off the school bus. He asked if it was okay if he came over. He arrived in my driveway within 10 minutes with the vehicle I had been interested in purchasing so that I could look it over again and ask any questions that I had. We then sat at my kitchen table and did the paperwork. Now that is SERVICE! Anyone can make mistakes but what speaks volumes to me is how you make up for it. That spoke volumes to me about what sort of business they are and how the value the customer. Everything from there went uphill. They have never disappointed me again. They just continually surprise me.

I was very happy to find Belle Mead Garage while looking for a car for my son. After many hours dealing with the typical dealership nonsense we came to Belle Mead Garage. Family owned and operated, they were great to deal with. The car was as described in the advertisement, no pressure, a test drive that was long and gave a good chance to assess the car. After an inspection a deal was done to purchase the car at a fair price. Ready for pick up as promised. My son was very excited and I could return home to Ontario knowing he has a safe, sound car to rely on. Thanks again to everyone at Belle Mead Garage
