I stop at this store when I am out of premium cigars. They have a fairly large selection of low priced cigars and a few premium cigar brand names, but none that are rated. The problem is there stock is DRY. I have NEVER gotten a cigar that had adequate moisture. When a cigar dries out, the oils dry out. When that happens, most of the flavor is gone, but worse, the cigars start to unravel and the wrapper starts to crumble. I bought two H. Upman cigars there this weekend, and the wrapper started to crumble shortly after I lit it up. It got worse as I went along, it was un-smokeable. Tired of their poor stock, I drove back to the store and told the woman behind the counter what the problem was, showed her the cigar, and asked for a REFUND for the 2nd cigar I had purchased. The woman told me she was«Not Authorized» to give refunds. Funny, she was authorized to TAKEMYMONEY, but not give me a refund for garbage. She told me I would have to speak to the owner. She took my name and and number and told me the owner would call me. Still waiting. If you want cigars, don’t buy them here. This story is not over. If the owner doesn’t call me, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and go to the local Chamber of Commerce that is two blocks away. Enough is Enough.
