Brian is the BEST server, he’s so chill and checked up on us to make sure everything was all good. He recommended me and my best friend to mix watermelon and mint. ITSBOMB!

Great service and quiet atmosphere for a Sunday night. Hookah is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The pictures speak for itself. Old burned seats. Burned menus. Service sucks and it only gets worse every time. New staff every time we come here. 30 mins wait time for hookah to arrive. On top of this its automatic gratuity so they don’t give a damn above service. Wouldn’t step foot in this place if it wasn’t closer to our place.

I came here on a Saturday night with a group of 11. They accommodated us no problem. I was able to make a reservation last minute. The place had nice décor and it had a good amount of people. They charged a cover charge which is dumb in my opinion. It was 5 for ladies and 10 for men. The hookahs ranged from 15 and up. One hookah for one couple. They charge a $ 5 fee for sitting fee even if you are not smoking. Then they wanted to charge my friend $ 10 for a hookah that she didnt like the flavor. They wanted to charge her even though she wasnt happy! Terrible! The few things i did like was the décor, the belly dancer was amazing and well as the security guards were nice. The fact they charge for everything is going to drive away business. Also the dj wasnt that great either. We requested dominican music and we didnt get it! So pissed that dj sucked. No one was dancing.

GREATHOOKAH! SUCKYSERVICE! Okay, I’m pretty fair and hate to give anything under 4 stars but they deserve these 3 stars and here is why — My boyfriend and I came here tonight. It’s a Wednesday so of course it isn’t packed. They check ID, that’s good. However, the wait for the hookah in a completely dead hookah lounge should be at most 5 minutes. Why I had to wait 15 minutes for mine? I don’t know either. We ordered Mint. That’s our usual, and I’ve been to a lot of hookah lounges and this mint and hookah was really good. It wasn’t too harsh. Still, not worth 15 minutes. And, since it was dead, we asked if they could play music. The girl said that they don’t because it’s Wednesday and they show empire… Okay, but no one was there to watch empire. The 3 workers(2 boys, one girl) all sat and watched empire and didn’t even check up on us to see if we needed our coals changed or anything. They literally sat and watched empire. They were soooo into the show that they didn’t even hear me saying«excuse me!!» The hookahs good, but everything else was wack. since we were the only customers in the place, I thought we would have at least some say. Guess not. My boyfriend and I don’t even watch it. Whatever. Sucky service.

I came to this location 2 years ago and have been hooked. The ambiance, the vibe and environment are very chilled and relaxed. They provide a club like theme during the weekends which is nothing less than a plus. Hookah is made well, always a new personal mix made by the kitchen guy which is also a plus. All in all, this place receives thumbs up from me after trying countless lounges. They have kept their consistency in what they do which is also a win win.

Shady a** establishment!!! Do not go here! Came here with 2 friends on our way home. Looks like it’s run by a young kid and his girlfriend. They charged us over $ 200 and we were there for not even an hour. We each got calls from our banks asking if there were any fraudulent charges. I wonder why! Will never go back!

Not bad but not good, went in on a whim on a weeknight with my husband we were looking for a low key place to have some tapas, drinks, and hookah. Firstly, we were the only couple there and it took 20 – 30 mins to get our hookah and drinks. Hookah was merely okay, my Tequila Sunrise was undrinkable, it was like drinking the syrup from the bottle, appetizers on the menu but judging from the service I wouldn’t think of eating from the place, needless to say we won’t be coming back. Wish it was better, perfect location from everything and easy to get to.

Where do I even start? Well first off I must say. This hookah lounge used to be amazing when it first opened up in 2012. Same year I left for college. 3 years later I came back and wow. What can I even say that’s good about it? It’s a lounge where you go when you have nothing to do with your life and want to WASTE your money on crappy hookah along with hearing overplayed songs that are most likely on repeat; along with horrible service and workers who take a break every two minutes to smoke a hookah that actually is good. Second off, the ambience is horrible. Very low end place that overcharges for no reason. For example the $ 5 charge for your peers who don’t smoke while they are sitting with you(only if there is an odd number. Ex 1 hookah for 3 people.) The hookah takes FOREVER to come and when it does arrive, it only last for 10 minutes. I believe when I came last weekend, I was served quick lights(crappy $ 5 coals that are LOADED with chemicals opposed to coconut coals which are SUPPOSED to be used at s lounge that charges as much as Louis Vuitton.) Another factor that ruined my mood was the amount of times I had to ask for tips and the check! This is more of a self serve then waiters actually attending to their given customers. Along with the quick lights, the hoses weren’t washed hence I had small pieces of matter in my mouth every time I went for a inhale. The female owner is straight up cocky, arrogant, inconsiderate and rude! Charged me 59.67 dollars for 2 pipes. 2 red bulls and a order of fries(which were soggy). I would never in a million year go to this place again. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to go to Steinway street in Astoria.(Rotana)

If I can give zero stars I would. Hands down one of the worse hookah lounge I’ve ever been to, and I have been to a lot. Right when I walk in I wasn’t greeted and it was so dark I couldn’t find anyone to help me get seated I was then approached by a guy with his hat flipped back with his chest puffed out like he was trying to fight me, he then said let me see your ID. I gave him my ID he checked it and then pointed towards a booth and said«sit here» 30 minutes pass by no one comes and bring me a menu or anything. I have to get up and like remind them that i was waiting for a menu, when I got the menu I ordered it and waited another 25 minutes for my hookah and before my hookah even got to me they handed me my bill which I thought was pretty stupid so if I didn’t like it I’m stuck with it. So my Hookah finally came wasn’t even all that great definitely won’t be coming back at all. Oh and a piece of advice for the workers it’s not professional in a working environment to be cussing and making absurd gestures in front of the guests.

Deserves negative stars. Stopped in once to check out the spot and were seated. After taking a look at the menu and Atmosphere we got right up and left. So many underaged kids, not sure how this place is still in business.

Was there this past saturday the weather was 9 degrees! And it was cold inside the place had to wear a jacket Hookah was good not the best but good they are quick with changing the charcoal Service was slow do not order a drink from the server unless you want to wait 20 minutes for it, just go up to the bar and get it directly its faster Music is the best part about this place! They played good jams Overall i will probally not be back too many young kids there aged 18 – 20 it is a place 18+ so figures

What an experience.. Order a simple blue mist flavor and had to chance it 4 times and still. sheesh. i love hookah and i’ve tried it all over. and it was perfect.. Figure since its a snow day ill stay close to home and tried this place since we havent been here yet. But what a dissatisfaction… the staff was ok. but they felt it was a problem. well its a problem since i frigging already paid for it *yes* its a problem . I would never come here or recommend it to anyone. simply because making a flavor was so hard. Goodness.

Came here with my date last Saturday night and I’ve got mixed feelings so I’ll break it down into categories. Venue: The space isn’t unusual for a hookah lounge. It’s like a wide hallway lined with benches and ottomans all leading up to the bar at the end. One downside is that they leave the second door into the main area open so when the front door is opened, the air disrupts all the hookah smoking in the room. Music: The music was pretty good. Hip hop, R&B, Top 40… the popular Let’s Party Playlist; however, they did start to repeat songs so I would suggest getting a live DJ or adding some more tunes to that iPod playlist. Drinks: A bit disappointing. The drinks came in small plastic cups and searching for alcohol was like trying to find Waldo. Their Blue Motherf_cker drink was like juice and the Long Island Iced Tea was heavy on the sour mix. Hookah: We ordered a Blue Mist hookah with an ice base(because they were out of the ice hoses or something) and although it pulled better than average, it was not the quality that I expected one of their Premium Hookahs to be. Service: While the guy who changes the coal(frequently, I may add) was personable, our waitress, Kathy, seemed to fall off service-wise after the inital order. Whenever we needed her, we could spot her chilling at the bar or smoking hookah with her friends, forgetting she’s even on the clock. All in all, it is a decent hookah spot for the area it is in. Beware: It’s 18+ to smoke so it definitely attracts a younger crowd. What boggled my mind was that the crowd was so passive. There’s definitely room to dance and have a good time, but there was no life in the atmosphere. Maybe a bad night. Who knows?

My friend and I went to check out this place around the time that it’s been open. The hookah is regular hookah, if you don’t get an ice base it just burns your throat after a while. The music was alright. The crowd was okay too. This was the spot to be at on a Friday/Saturday night.

My friends and I went to off the hookah when it opened up a few years ago. This spot was THE place to be in queens/the bellrose area. Hookah was nothing short of amazing, DJ/Music ambience was always live and you always had a great time. Prices were very good and you would leave trying to plan the next trip to come back here. Fast forward a year or so, everything has flipped. Hookah isnt what it used to be, prices went through the roof and it just isnt the same old place it used to be. Off the hookah used to be a simple chilled out spot to go to but now they’re charging an arm and a leg for service that isnt the best quality anymore. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for, but now I dont want to pay much at off the hookah for what they’ve become now. Hopefully this place can get a good turn around and bring it back to its former glory!

When this place first opened up, it was the answer to all our prayers. A hookah lounge with an amazing DJ, classier folks, great hours, FANTASTIC hookah, great pricing. Everytime we came back, there was always something new… decorations/tv’s/furnishings/liquor license… We went there a few weeks ago and were utterly dissappointed. The quality of the hookah has gone down… the service has dramatically slowed down, the place was empty and the prices were absurd. Why pay manhattan prices in floral park/bellerose??? The owner of this place is a really cool guy. The past few times that we’ve gone, we didn’t see him there… not too sure if he has other ventures/focuses now… but he needs to get this place back in to perspective!

Came here Saturday night to watch the Pacquiao-Rios fight. My friend Jay(a fellow Elite Unilocaler) recommended this spot, and so we went there being that he said they would be showing the fight. *sigh* Why did I listen to him? I should’ve stuck to a sports bar. Cover charge? For a hookah lounge? Oh, because of the fight… because of the fight that was drowned out by the music. You can’t possibly show a fight and not allow the commentaries to be heard! Omg, pissed off! Why did I listen to Jay? My hookah burned out so quick… I didn’t even want to bother with it anymore. My friend who got a premium hookah… it was average, his face said it all. My other friend who bought a bottle of Ciroq and a house special hookah was very upset with the hookah. I thought he had the best hookah on the table though. Whatever, hookah failed my expectations. Food: I like their beef patties, those were some good beef patties! My friends’ fries and onion rings looked pretty good as well. Good stuff. Environment: Nice looking spot, freezing though, this winter weather comes through the door, give me some likevheat! Music was pretty great though, I just wanna dance man! Service was pretty attentive, no complaints there. Good staff. I do not plan on coming back here, ever… again. 2 stars for good service and beef patties. That’s all.
