I have coming here for 5 years bc it’s very close to home. I like that they reduce 10% from your bill for spending $ 100. They do a good job with dry cleaning pants, hemming pants, and cleaning coats. They don’t do a good job with sweaters. They have broken all the buttons off my sweaters, shrunk the sleeves, stretched out the sleeves, shrunk the sweaters, and even snagged them. My husband has had issues with them too. He had his jeans hemmed and after he washed them the hem unraveled. He took them back and they charged him for redoing the hem.

burn buttons of shirts, then they don’t say anything… last time I was there they yellowed a shirt on me? and they charge for it!
