Betterhealth Store of Belleville

Well as I’ve been on vacation the past two weeks, this review is more than a little delayed. However, I will say that the three times I have been in the store, the service has been much less than great. The clerks in the shop are singularly uninterested in helping. Now, I don’t know if they just don’t like the way that I look, but I don’t think that is the case. Each time I came in they were discussing very unprofessional things like dating topics and stories about their friends… very loudly, from behind the counter to each other and across to other female clerks on the store floor. When I asked to have some information about certain products or guidance in purchasing a product, it was obvious that it was a nuisance to them and interfered with their personal discussion. I don’t know if the women who are running the counter own the store, but they really need to consider upping their interest in customers. And if they don’t own the store, the owners really should know that their clerks are just having SOCIAL HOUR (S) the whole time. Very unprofessional. I’ll give the store two stars because it’s very clean and organized, and the selection is very good. I won’t visit this location again, that’s for sure. Very negative customer service experiences.
