I love the sandwiches. I hate that they don’t repeat back my orders, barely say hello and NEVER cut our sandwiches like we have asked. I am tired of the perception that most of the employees are high and just toss your food at you. Do they get the orders right? Sometimes. Don’t order to much. Also, be sure to question if they heard what you said because they silently wait… And don’t go when the truck is there or you’ll be screaming an order no one can hear.
Love the sandwiches, hate this location.

I stopped in today to get a sandwich and to my surprise they really put true meaning to the words «FREAKY FAST» I ordered my sandwich and before I was even finished paying they were handing me my sandwich! Fastest service I’ve had in a long while! Highly recommended for great food and of course «FREAKY FAST» service!

O'Fallon, IL
I usually hit up the JJ in O’Fallon, because it’s closer to my apartment, but this location is closer to work. Most JJ are pretty much the same (as chains usually are), but the people can make ALL the difference. The employees at this location are all smiles and ridiculously chipper. Every single time I go in… to the point I wonder what they’re taking to be so happy. They’ve never jacked up my order and it’s always delicious. Five bucks for a sandwich bigger, tastier and fresher than Subway? Yes, please!

I do like jimmy johns. my sister and i decided to visit this location because it is right in front of Walmart. as far as the food goes, it is ok. you can buy day old bread for 50 cents. i would like the sandwiches more on a warm bread, but that’s just how i am.
the service is a bit lacking. not unfriendly, but not all smiles either. i would go back. overall, it is just ok.

LOVE Jimmy John’s, i have yet to be let down by them at any of their locations. They are always fast and efficient. I think this Jimmy’s location is quick due to the shopping center having a walmart and a college across the street. Definitely recommend, plus they have a drive thru!

I love Jimmy Johns. It’s my favorite sub shop. This location however has screwed up my order 2 out of 3 times. That’s not a very good ratio. Jimmy Johns is a fast service type place and they make your sandwich faster than any other fast food place that I have ever seen. Their night crew however need to just work on some accuracy.
