I brought our antique wall clock for repair on November 24, 2012. The clock would strike without consistency. I picked in up on January 12, 2013 and paid the fee of $ 315. I returned the clock a week later on January 19, 2013 due to the same complaint. A couple of monthes later I picked up the clock again. The clock worked for awhile. I returned the clock for the third time on August 6, 2013. I picked up the clock on September 28, 2013. I was told that«Larry» said that the clock was fixed for now but if it breaks again, he was out of ideas. The clock worked for a short time then the same complaint. I resigned myself that the clock would not be able to be fixed. I missed the chiming so I tried a different shop. I brought the clock to LS Clock Repair in March 2014. Two weeks later my clock was fixed for a fee of $ 125. To this date, September 30,2014, the clock is running like a champ. So glad I didn’t give up
