This was the second time calling Malherek’s in five months. Fairly new to the area, it was comforting to have found a reliable «AC guy.» The second call did not disappoint. John arrived at the scheduled time; diagnosed, fixed and educated me about the situation with my furnace. So far always courteous, informative, prompt and above all, honest and professional. (They even don protective footwear over their shoes before they enter your home.) With or without a home warranty, my first call with any heating or A/C issue will be with them.
