This place consistently gets your order wrong. Do not leave the window until double checking your bag of food. The service is terrible. Last night I came for some mcdoubles, cashier says «sorry no sandwiches tonight» what do you mean no sandwiches that’s one of your best sellers. Morons. Only use this McDonald’s if you are desperate or drunk.

Once again I placed an order for 5 items. I looked at the special order tag and it was correct so I brought it home only to realize the order was wrong once again.
I am totally frustrated that they can’t manage to get a simple order right.

This review is pointless but whatever so basically I work at a bar and I get out very very late. I know this food is meant to be horrible for you especially late at night. But this time it was horrific. First of all they «didn’t have Fries». Then I waited about 20 min for the food. When I got home EVERYTHING WAS COLD. Felt like it had been there for hours. We had to microwave everything. It was all gross. I’m not gnna lie normally I would eat it with how hungry I was, and yes, I like McDonald’s. But no. Never again. Everything was cold, stale, and chewy.

Do not go there if you are in a rush. It took me and the kids 30 minutes waiting on the drive thru. A long line. It was not moving. When it finally moved I asked the drive thru cashier Maria why the wait and she was nasty. Then when I picked up my food I asked for a manager and he told me that the kitchen was down. Are you kidding me? Why didn’t anyone come outside and notify us? Why make us wait… If you are in the area drive to the next McDonald’s on Broadway. PS… My coffee and food were cold. No apologizes made. SHM

I really love this new McDonald’s & this most part the tv is not on which it’s makes a little boring most of time. Well I just had 2 cheeseburgers meal & so forth, I can just heard people talk in a conversation talking about a lots of stuff! But the thing is about is that when I ate some one of the cheeseburgers it made my stomach hurts just a little bit so when I went home I took that Petlo-​Bismal. I recommend this McDonald’s in Belleville, NJ but to me I’m making this good review ok?

Once again, shame on us for dealing with these knuckleheads and not double checking our order before we drove away. They forgot my 20 piece but asked how many sauces I would like. Forgot my kid’s French Fries in the happy meal. Forgot to add a small milk shake to my original order so when I got to the window, had to pay for it separately. A complete disaster. Every now and then we like to treat ourselves to some Mickey D’s. And when we do, we expect them to get a simple order together. Not a this place.

I can only speak for the drive thru service. You know when it’s late night and you just finished chilling and nothing else is really open at 3−4am lol
Sooooooo yeah the service is fast! BUT fast normally doesn’t get it right. We would order nuggets and fries, dipping sauce and ketchup. To our surprise theres almost NEVER any sauces or ketchup in our bag! I mean who really wants to sit after you asked for EVERYTHING you needed to do an audit check on whats actually given! Gosh!!!
Maybe I should blame it on the alcohol, but I hope you experience better than we did.

Absolutely horrible food orders r never right food is always cold and people that work there are very nasty! I went for breakfast at night after midnight like it says it serves breakfast I order what I want they tell me they don’t make that till breakfast I tell them sign says breakfast available starting at midnight he said I was wrong and was very rude and nasty false advertising McDonald’s you don’t serve breakfast according to your workers after midnight this is pathetic never will I come back

Long lines from slow service, the workers chat too much and forget your ordered items. Manager needs to put a sign of 1 hour seating limit. If you try to eat in for breakfast especially on weekends, you’ll barely find a table for family of 4. People just orders coffee and sit here for hours bullshitting.

This place is the slowest service when it gets busy. Wanted for 20 minutes for breakfast, seems to run without a care for service. Also, be careful and check your items at drive thru. Sometimes they forget some items or get it wrong as well. I go here because it’s the closet Mickey D’s around here.

I found the food here to be better than the usual McDonalds I go to elsewhere. If you go and order a combo meal, make sure you specify what size you want because if you dont, they wont ask and just give you the large, and they obviously charge you for the large). Once I asked for a medium meal and they still gave me charged me for large, but gave me medium. Try to go during less crowded times because if there’s a crowd, you will wait longer than you want, guaranteed!

This McDonald’s has been here forever. I do like the most recent renovations, but they can do a better job keeping the place cleaner. The service and food is okay, but you always hope your experience will be similar to the McDonald’s commercial, haha. I give this location a 4 because the food is always edible, and because it’s 24 hrs. The hash brown is so good!!!

Are all McDonalds’ like this? OMG! Nothing good to say about this facility. It really gives Micky-D’s a bad name. The cashiers are ill prepared to handle large crowds. The place IS packed, but I shy away when I can.

Got some of the worst food ever here. I have an angry relationship with McDonald’s. It’s basically sorta-​tasty poison, but I crave it every so often. The dried out, cardboardy Quarter Pounder I got here might have just given me the push I need to leave McD’s killer food behind. And I mean killer in the Chris Benoit way.
