Worst service EVER!
We went because a man approached me in the isle at the Kmart store and asked if I wanted to buy a package. I agreed and for $ 15 I was promised a fabulous package. He scheduled me for the next day.
Before we went in to the studio we were called and re-​scheduled. Could I come in two hours later? Sure.
We arrived at the studio and there was a walk in getting ready to take pictures. We were given priority because we were scheduled. I wonder what would have happened had we arrived five minutes later when she was already shooting.
After the session we were pressured into buying a larger package. No time to think because the «special offers» were off the table if we left. We spent ANOTHER $ 80 for the cheapest package and a CD.
We returned to pick up our photos and the store was not open until 3pm. Odd hours but whatever.
We returned at 3pm and waited an HOUR before someone showed up at 4 because of car problem. No apology. No explanation. The Kmart store told us about the car issue. She handed us our photos and held up several more that I could purchase «right now» for some nominal fee. I was so angry that I just took my photos and left.
