Subway

My boyfriend picked up 2 chicken teriyaki subs last night… the chicken was terrible, so we threw them out and called to complain, and possibly choose a different sandwich. Nope, they wanted us to go threw our trash to bring the sandwiches up to them… our receipt wasn’t good enough. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. I’ll never step foot in there again. What a disappointment.

Just a warning to anyone — if you have a bad experience somewhere, do not write about it in help unless you’d like to be treated like garbage the next time you go to said establishment. While one employee was making my son’s sandwich, the manager stood about 5 feet from me making very rude comments. I felt so uncomfortable and extremely embarrassed. One of his comments was that they close at 10, I should’ve known better than to come there at 9:50. I can not believe the immaturity I witnessed this evening from the manager. This man isn’t even qualified to make a sub, let alone be in charge of actual adults. On a side note, the young man making our food was very polite and friendly. If anything he should be the boss.

So far I give this a 4. Every time I’ve come here minus one time I have been served by friendly professional folks with a smile.
The reason they get a 4 and not a 5 is a few days ago on a Monday my wife wanted a vegetarian flatbread and gave me a list of what she wanted.
I have worked at a Subway in the past and I know that when people want vegetarian it is customary to change the gloves and make the sandwich out of respect for the individual. I even told the lady with the dark brown/​brunette hair and glasses to please change her gloves before making the sandwich. She chose to ignore my request and went from making a philly cheese stake sandwich to my wife’s flatbread without changing gloves.
They would have received a 2 star at this review, had it not been for the guy with the beard who jumped in and asked to make the sandwich at the same time changing his glove.
Overall good Subway minus this recent incident.
