My son and I have been going to Supercuts since they opened and have never had a problem. We have found that it is best to find a stylist or two that will cut your hair the way you like it and have them put the haircut details into the notes under your name in the computer and then you go when they are going to be there.

The only reason I’ve kept going here is because I have «9th haircut is free» card. But every other time I’ve had bad service with undertrained staff. I go in to try and get my 9th haircut so I can never come back. It was over 20 minutes before closing. They said they had three people in front of me and they were all booked. To me, closing time means they stop taking customers at closing time. So they turned me away. I’ve been a loyal customer and I need my haircut a lot for being military. This place needs HELP.

The key draw of this Supercuts is its convenience. Services is good and the prices are right, but SC is close to Scott, close to the highway, and in the middle of Belleville’s shopping district, making it easy to pop in and take care of business. The employees here also have a larger repertoire than the barbers on base who only seem to know BZZZZZZ.
