Oh my god don’t go to Alex, she destroyed my hair!!! They said she’s been there 10 years well she better go back to school!!! She chopped my hair so much & it’s so uneven it’s gonna take forever to grow. Never ever at supercuts!

After trying a bunch of places around the area for haircuts, I figured I would give Supercuts a shot. So long as I get a good haircut for a good price it doesn’t matter to me where I get it. I got possibly the best haircut I’ve gotten in a year or more — exactly what I was looking for and I only gave a quick description to the lady before she started. The prices are also very good, especially if you have a coupon.

Well I have been cutting my hair at Supercuts for last 5 yrs or so. Really professional and friendly staffs. Very clean and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

EDIT: **The«corporate position» applies to corporate locations only. The location where I was quoted a MUCH lower price is a franchisee location. Good to know for anyone who might still be willing to do business with this chain after reading the review/s. I went in for a root touch up. I was charged for a «glazing — extra long». It turns out that this is not just the policy for this location! I talked to the regional manager, and it is the corporate position that all root touch ups are charged as a glazing, and you get a surcharge for long hair even though it’s just the roots(!). The explanation was that the stylist still has to take the time to run the comb through the extra inches of hair. No, I cannot make this stuff up. For the record, my hair is just past shoulder length. I feel a little bad singling this one location, but this is where it happened. I wish I could one-star the entire corporation. Oddly, I was given a much lower number by a different location of Supercuts. This turns me off of the entire chain. You have been warned.

Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s a chain. Everyone is very nice and the place is clean. I had hair treatments done by Dilma and Shauna before I finally mastered the courage to cut my hair. Dilma is extreme thorough and pleasant. She gives amazing massages. Shauna eased my anxiety knowing that I had a handful of awful chopping experiences before. My hair is very straight and very thin and I’ve been desperately trying to grow out a bob. She listened to my concerns and gave me the exact haircut I wanted! She barely took anything off but my hair now looks even and healthy! I’m very happy and I think this place deserves a good review.

Get my haircut about every 6 weeks. I only see Dominique B. She is very pleasant and cuts my hair exactly to what I ask. Plus they are opened on Sunday.

Word of advice is to use the app to plan a good time to go into for the haircuts etc. I checked in online and reserved my spot. My stylist did a great job with my haircut. I think it varies on day and work flow on how the stylists interact with their customers

Walked inside, rude lady who didn’t acknowledge that I was even there. Then gave me an attitude while asking for my name and number. The lady who cut my hair didn’t have any emotion or speak any english. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted which were simple side bangs and they look SOBAD. I paid $ 14 for a horrible haircut which took 10 minutes and now I’m sitting at a different salon. I don’t even want her to try to fix it. She also cut my hair SO short when I asked for LONG layers. Never going there AGAIN.

Please try to find another location or at least another place for a hair cut. Hopefully you will have a better experience. Girl who cut my hair was nice and tried her best but total chop uneven manager on staff was too busy with her client to even answer the phone let alone deal with my issue. The girl had to stop every 5 minutes to answer the phone and the manger kept on cutting her client hair. I guess her client was more important then me.
