Best place around to get an eyebrow wax. It does tend to get busy because lately, it’s been the spot to get lashes done as well. Han always slays my brows

I have been here a couple times for mani/pedis. They do a good job and use clean instruments and seem skilled at it. But the place is dirty. Every time i go there I want to dust and run the vacuum. There’s nail polish on the tables. it’s disorganized the carpets are dirty. They do not follow their sign up sheet they often take people out of order. Need to work on the customer skills and asthetics of the place but once you get going. The nail job is nice. They are usually very busy. So people keep coming. They just need to hire a house keeper.

If I could give a half a star, I would have already done that!
I came here, signed in, sat down and patiently waited. Another girl came in, and the employee (female who usually does eyebrows) waited on the girl before me. When I politely approached the employee to let her know I was there before the other girl, she yelled at me and embarrassed me in front of other customers.
Their customer skills suck! I live 3 minutes away from this nail spa but I’d rather drive somewhere far to get GOOD customer service and be treated nicely. I have no problem spending my money elsewhere.

I go here weekly for eyebrow wax and twice a month for manicure. My pedicures last a month with no chipping or fading. The staff are super friendly and do an excellent job every time!

I was in town for a wedding and the bride-to-be recommended this place. First, the price was amazing. I paid only $ 25 for a pedicure. I guess the cost of living in MI isn’t too bad.
Anyway, it’s been 3 weeks since I got my pedicure and my feet still look amazing. My polish has not chipped. And the gentlemen who did my pedicure handled my feet with such care. My toes never looked this good. I wish I lived in the area so that I could go to this spot regularly. But if I ever come back to visit, I will be sure to come here.
