Asked one person for help. She had no clue, so she asked 2 employees who ignored her and ignored me. She called for help on the phone and no one came. A customer told me where to look for the item I needed. The employee told me to go to that isle and someone would come to help me. I waited for over 20 minutes! This happened twice. I finally went to the customer service desk and received better assistance there. The person who was helping me had to call twice for assistance for me. She had to stop an employee who was walking past the service desk. He did his best to help me find what I wanted. My contractor needed a particular item later on in the evening and he needed it quickly. I had no intentions of ever going back to this Home Depot location, but I didn’t have time to drive to Lowes. Once again, I went to this Home Depot location and was met by a very nice gentleman who was greating customers as they entered the store. He told me where to go to get what I needed. On the way, I asked an employee for help and was given a non-chalant attitude response. I proceeded to where the items I wanted were and there was no one there to help me and the area was dark. I was able to figure out what I needed, paid for my items, shook the dust off my feet and will NEVER return. This Location has repeatedly shown me that they don’t want my business.

The store is scattered. No one around to help. Not alot in stock. The cashiers were nice though. Only reason I gave it 2 stars
