White Castle

Always enjoyed this White Castle restaurant. Service was alway above normal Most of the time very fast excellent food.

Food is OK, the service is horrible and so slow. Sat in the drive-​in line for 10 mins with 2 cars in front if me.

Not a bad place for the usual fare that isn’t McDonald’s. I come from the south where we have Krystals so I am biased as to my favourite of the two but another knock on this place is that 2 of the 3 things we ordered they were out of and another item was listed on piece of paper outside the speaker. How do you run a business that runs out of food? Anyway, we some breakfast items, a plus with White Castle as you can have breakfast all day and of course the steaming sliders were just as you want, warm and cheesey. Overall as ok experience that I’ll probably visit again inn a month or so because well, it’s what you do. Try, try, try again.

For White Castle restaurant, this has been on of the nicer ones I have visited. While still not a huge fan of their burgers, their chicken sandwiches aren’t too bad. My favorite thing I have tried so far has been their shrimp pieces… it was my substitute for fried mac and cheese since they were out of that. Not the healthiest nor the best tasting… but White Castle definitely filled the fat kid in me.

Coming from California I always don’t get to eat Whitecastle we don’t have any out here I informed the drive-​through attendant that I am California and I don’t get why councils they through fresh burgers on which was definitely worth the wait thank you for the awesome service

Okay, maybe it’s just me, but what is the fascination with this place, so unfortunately we were forced to move to the Midwest, and decide to try this while looking for somewhere to live. Ok, it’s microwave food basically and it’s taste is equally digusting. Now for the place itself, it’s a good thing there isn’t a rating system over here. Really just because it’s cheap doesn’t make it good, not to mention the trash that was on tv (maury). People swear by this place, heck there’s a funny movie questing to eat here. But it’s fiction, kinda like calling this a burger place.

I was pleased to find out I could order «sliders» even during breakfast hours!
I ate here a few times during my stay. It’s funny how when you have a White Castle in your area, you never want them, but what a treat they are when you live hours away from the nearest one. During the ’80’s in Blue Springs, Mo. I had one literally in my back yard and never ate there. Now I get a bag full every time I travel to an area that has White Castle. The employees here were extremely friendly and even apologized for a short wait which didn’t bother me at all.

On a visit from Arizona to Illinois, White Castle is a must! This one had great customer service.

It was our first time here and the customer service was awesome ! The girls working were so friendly and nice !

Food takes a little longer to get at night but it’s because they make it right then! Always taste fresh which is saying a lot for a fast food chain.

If you want unhealthy then go here. It is the best white castle I have ever had. Not to mention its new and the staff is friendly. No white castle close beats this one. This is it! God Bless

Great burgers & shakes, This is a new White Castle it’s very clean and a very nice place to eat!

So, I just Unilocaled about less than stellar service at the McDonald’s right next door…
As we were leaving, we decided to pull in to see if White Castles might still be serving breakfast. By now it was around 11am, & the sign said breakfast ended at 10:30. But we asked (often there are still breakfast items that are technically still good to sell, shortly after the 10:30 cut-​off, so we always ask when it’s around that time). To our most pleasant surprise, the gentleman on the other end of the box told us that they did *not* have anything prepared, but to order what we want, he would make it for us!
It was such a 180 from the way they behaved at McDonald’s, I was overcome with joy!
I had not ever had the White Castle breakfast menu before, but I was thrilled with the fresh eggs, hot sandwich, gooey cheese, & soft, warm dollar rolls. Fantastic! I foresee a long, happy relationship with the folks at this location!
