Purchased a sit-​down tube for the kids. The tube wasn’t as fun as the staff described and kids didn’t like it at all compared our last tube. No return or exchanges, which is understandable. Wish the staff was more knowledgeable to avoid a $ 250 mistake.

Fair prices and a knowledgable staff that hasn’t forgotten what customer service is about. If you’re on the Eastside, this really is the place to go for all your watersports needs. The type of place that remembers your name (even when you don’t spend a mint), and never tries to oversell you something you don’t need. For a smaller shop, they have a huge selection as well. All of the staff supports the sport and rides, skis, boats, etc, and knows a lot about the products they sell. Best of all, the prices are extremely competitive! There are some bigger shops by sq/​ft, but really none with their selection in the area. Like I said, best of all, they know what they’re talking about and will give you HONEST advice.
