Africa Answers

We also purchased an Africa Answers Groupon deal (Cape Town vacation package). We worked with Anne of AA, who did a fabulous job answering our questions and booking our travel for us.
Africa Answers partnered with Thompsons tour company to transport us and get us situated. They offered a variety of wonderful tours which we took full advantage of (Inverdoorn Safari, trips to Table Mountain and Robben Island, and a coastal tour that ended in wine tasting in the Stellenbosch region). The only glitch was that Thompsons had a different airport departure time than we had on our African Answers itinerary (African Answers itinerary was correct) so I’m not sure where the break down was there. But luckily we noticed it and got it quickly resolved. We left on time, no issues.
I’ve done some international travel before, but this was definitely the best trip I’ve been on. Everything was just very well organized and went so smoothly. Cape Town is a gorgeous city and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to travel beyond the typical. I will be looking to Down Under Answers when we decide to go to Australia!

My husband and I bought a package on groupon to go to South Africa and Dubai for our honeymoon. We were a little skeptical because it was a groupon deal and we had never booked a vacation through that site before, but what we got was worth the money and a whole lot more. Before I even purchased the package on groupon, I emailed the owner of Africa Answers, Kirk, about a thousand times, and talked to him on the phone in length about every aspect of the trip. He was so friendly and welcoming that I felt comfortable buying the package and trusted that everything would be taken care of. After we bought the package, my new correspondent for the company became Janelle. She was just as knowledgeable and on the ball as Kirk. When I emailed a question, I had a response within minutes, they never seemed bothered by my questions or concerns and always made me feel like I was there number 1 priority. In the end, we had an AMAZING trip! Everything worked out perfectly and our accommodations were some of the best that I have ever been to all 5 Star hotels. All of our transfers to and from the airport were on time. I was greeted with a smile everywhere I went and I felt safe and cared for the entire trip! I would recommend working with Africa Answers to anyone traveling. In fact, I will book my next trip with them and this time I am thinking the South Pacific!
