waxing is decent however, customer service is terrible. I had an appointment and waited outside the room for 15 – 20 mins and even knocked on door w/​o reply. It appeared that there was a session going on…
I waited another 10 mins and spoke to an owner of another salon nearby explaining that I had appt. I then left — I then received a call from the owner who was returning my call — she was yelling at me for knocking on the door. Again I had an appt and she told me I had to wait and reschedule. Very odd…
I never went back and get a way better wax @ helen wax spa in Bellevue!

I first went to Suzan 3 years ago for my first Brazilian ! Went using a groupon! I was a bit nervous but she was very professional and made me feel relaxed. I got her «signature» and it was worth it! A bit of a sting but it’s over so quickly that you don’t really notice. I highly recommend going here. I won’t go anywhere else! Definitely worth the money.

I went there not too long ago to get a Brazilian with Susan and she was amazing. I got the Groupon deal for the basic Brazilian but she was kind enough to explain what the signature one can do vs the basic one. Then she went on to do a free upgrade to the signature wax! Being the first time doing the signature, it was slightly painful but the results were great. no hair in sight. She was fast and knew exactly what she was doing. I would definitely come back to Suzan again.

Suzan is still the friendliest and the fastest, with a side of humor each visit. A gem on the Eastside! Free parking in the Elements garage below.

OMG!!! Where do I start Suzan Tajer is amazing and for sure the best brazillian waxing in the northwest. My first brazillian wax that I got was with her and she did it super fast. This lady definitely knows her waxing and is amazing at what she does. I’ve been going with her for over 5 years and I love it!!! She is super flexible and can fit u in any time. She has an outstanding personality and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place is so ridiculous. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. The owner is barely polite, doesn’t give a damn about your comfort. I went there for a Brazilian and she let me go with an unfinished job: if you want to be totally clean, you have to pay a supplement, did she say. Am I dreaming? Do I pay for a Brazilian to get out with an unfinished job? The pain was atrocious. It is not the first time that I am getting waxing, but this one was terrible.

Easy, minimal pain, and convenient location. It was my first Brazilian and I love the way it turned out. She also did my eyebrows with good results. A bit on the pricey side, but saving me lots of time was worth it. (She’s fast!)
I’ll be going back!

This business has moved into a great location — Sola Salon Studios in Bellevue.
Her suite is light and bright. Another plus is that parking is easy to find here.
I’ve been going to Susan for 12+ years and in my opinion she is the ‘go to’ person for a Brazilian — get her ‘Signature Brazilian’.
I also really like her online appointment setting system. The appointment date/​time email reminder is quite helpful.

I cannot comment on others experience with Susan (at her old location) but mine was excellent. I am glad I had my first visit with her before I read those other reviews though or I would never have found her! I purchased a groupon and I visited her in Bellevue at Sola Salons. It is very nice, open and bright. The room was very clean and she was so fast that the pain was minimal. I returned yesterday with my sister and we both got done, I watched Susan put on fresh clean gloves before she began with me, she did not «double dip» and I watched her clean up and strip the linen (towels) and lay fresh after my waxing as I was getting dressed. After reading old reviews yesterday morning (before my apt) I was making it a point to watch closely as I am in Nursing and wanted to see if I had missed something on my first visit that was unsanitary. Either Susan has changed her methods since those old other reviews, or the other reviews were not accurate (real). Either way, as she operates now I highly recommend her. Does it hurt, of course! But she is so quick and thorough it is totally bearable AND worth it. BTW full Brazilian lasted me almost five weeks the first time. The room is totally private, the doors lock and close from within and a curtain fully covers all the glass of the doors so you cannot see anything. It also is very quiet (couldn’t hear my sister getting waxed and I was sitting right outside the door) Only reason I gave 4 instead of five stars is that is is soo expensive.

Oh my gosh! Suzan is amazing! I’ve worked in the spa industry for years and Suzan gives the best, fastest and least painful wax I’ve ever had. She is a godsend for sensitive skin and an artist when it comes to the bikini zone! Her new location is also cute and private. Try Suzan and you’ll throw away your razor!

I got a wax here and I have mixed feelings.
The good: convenient location to where I work and VERY quick wax.
The bad: Suzan ran 15 mins behind, took 2 phone calls during the appt (resting her phone on my thigh), room offers no privacy to undress, and at times the process seemed invasive.
Not sure if it was a good fit for me.

I just had my first-​ever wax, and Susan made it easy! The salon is nice, the whole thing (legs plus brazillian) took a half hour, and she was a lot of fun. I will definately be going back.
