Applebee’s

Just horrible. Nor greeting no silverwares. Charging extra money and argue with the customers? Really? We been to a lot of different Applebee’s and never charge that much money for the same thing, and the manger said cuz all of them are charging it wrong? The bartender is horrible and the bigger fat manager is horrible. Oh my gawd. Will never come back again.

I am sooo disappointed keep coming here and it’s the worst service ever never no one at the door to greet you. so we sit in the bar tables are dirty and in stead of the waitress waiting on us we have to get up to get drinks never come around to ask if we need anything I’m beginning to think it has a lot to do with our race. Had problems with food last week manager didn’t seem concerned at all after sending steak back 2x he finally gave 11.00 off 50 meal keep coming hoping service would be better but it was even worst to night Sat for 10 min finally husband got up and asked bar tender to have someone clean off table I need this ti go further than just the store manager this is ridiculous… pissed off customer I give this. No *

Cool and relaxing :) staff is good food is awesome. I just love going to this place every now n then.

Service is friendly, food is meh. I’ve had a few things here and it’s really just your typical American chain restaurant food. Steaks are okay, but if you order one medium rare then most likely you’ll get a medium well cooked steak. The mashed potatoes were okay but the veggies were kind of overcooked.

I know, it’s Applebee’s, but I still had higher expectations somehow. Food was too sweet, too salty, and too fatty. Menu was SO confusing and I hate those stupid tablet things they have. Overall meh and my stomach hurts. Service was great, I guess this is probably more of an all Applebee’s issue than this location issue.

Came in my local Applebee’s to watch nba basketball, sadly they don’t have all the channels, I waited 30 mins until I was told they don’t have it. I told them when I came in I was there to watch the game. The manager was Clueless. He did not know what to do. I watch the game on my phone.
Our waitress was good.

Went for happy hour to watch Saturday nfl football but tv’s suck. They were blurry and no HD. C’mon man — no HD, seriously??? Also was charged hh prices for everything but one drink — they charged me full price. Review your bill before leaving! Another time I ordered a burger with no bun and it look 50 min! Wouldn’t it be easier w/​o bun? Applebee’s factoria is like Johnny Cochran’s chewbacca theory — it makes no sense!

This restaurant really gets a 3.5, which is not bad. Went in today for lunch with some family members. The menu is updated and the «healthy» menu has changed its name to Pub Fare, to appeal more to millennials I’m sure. The food was good. I was craving steak so I got a 9oz sirloin. I wasn’t expecting much more than a hunk of protein, but my steak was pleasantly favorable and decently tender. I traded out veggies for a caesar salad, which ended up being HUGE, as was the baked potato. The salmon was super fresh tasting and that portion was large as well. The Thai shrimp salad was good but on the spicy side. The spice was in the dressing as well as on the grilled shrimp.
Our waitress was great. The host wasn’t up front when we got in though, so we ended up waiting for a while before he finally decided to do his job. Not a big restaurant, and we went a couple hours after the lunch rush so I’m not sure why it took us 10 awkward minutes to be seated…

Our waitress was nice; took our order (which we were slow in deciding) and got our waters. But after she took the order and dropped off the appetizer (Wanton Chicken Tacos — best thing on the menu), we never saw her again. Someone else brought our entrees and she noted we both looked so disappointed. We just mentioned that the food didn’t look anything like the pictures in the menu. She couldn’t run away fast enough.
I ordered the Thai Shrimp salad; shrimps were smallish but plentiful and very tasty, but what they call Asian mixed greens, I call lettuce end pieces and cabbage chunks. I wanted more dressing (was horribly underdressed), but no-​one came by to check on us or to see if we needed anything else.
Wife had the new brisket enchilladas. Came out looking much smaller than in the picture and nowhere did it mention that it came in corn tortillas. Very underwhelming dish.
We won’t order either again. We should’ve stuck to two orders of the Wanton Tacos and a cup of soup or something (although we had a bowl of the chicken taco soup — they’ve changed the recipe; not very yummy — not bad, but not yummy).
Had to stop a bus boy who came by, finally, to take our plates away to ask him to find our waitress and get our check, which he did.
As we were leaving, I left the check with pymt and tip at the front desk and asked whether our waitress was still there or did she leave? Hostess confirmed our waitress had left. No one told us; no one came by to say «Mary’s going now; I’ll be your server» like they typically do in restaurants when you hit a shift change.
We left feeling very unsatisfied and frankly, unwelcomed. It’ll be a while before we’re back.

Don’t bother complaining, you won’t be taken seriously. Ordered a medium steak to go, but couldn’t eat the mostly raw slab of gristle they gave me. Called to complain and was promised an email with a certificate to replace the shoddy excuse for a meal, but that was all talk. After calling back to follow up several times, I give up. Eating a third rate steak is not worth the time and effort it will take. I won’t be back and I strongly discourage anyone else from going.

We have gotten a lot of togo orders but today will be the last time we order from this applebees. I did call and I talked to a manager for messing up he seemed like he didn’t care. I would have tried to complain via the website but the website is having errors.
We were missing the celery from our wing order and we asked for no cilantro on our tacos and they came with them in it.

I have been to numerous Applebee’s in multiple states and I have never had a problem until I went to this one. The server was completely rude, immature and had a chip on her shoulder. She was delayed in greeting our table and placing an order in a timely manner. She seemed put out any time we would request drinks or asked questions. I never caught her name because she never introduced herself, I had to constantly leave my seat and talk to the bartender in order to place drink orders, food orders, questions on menu. Ultimately I requested and had my tab transferred to the bartender, who was friendly and courteous and received a gracious tip from us, for taking over our table. A manager was not on the floor or In site for me to be able to relay the service information to them. Please review employees server qualifications.

This was my regular location for the longest time, up until my previous visit. As I just arrived to the restaurant and was getting out of my car, one of the Applebees bartenders jumps out of the passenger side of a vehicle parked next to me while simultaneously exhaling marijuana smoke. I observed as he ran back into the restaurant and got behind the bar to continue his shift. I was extremely disturbed by these actions but failed to complain to the manager, next time I should!

We used to frequent the Renton location, but due to terrible service and food quality, we decided to venture to try this one out.
Upon entering the restaurant, we assumed there would be a wait on a Friday night during the holidays. We were pleasantly surprised there was no wait, and we were immediately sat in a nice booth in the dining area. The restaurant is in it’s typical layout, same as all the others, with a large bar in the center and a u-​shape around it with family seating.
Our server greeted us fairly quick, and we placed our drink orders and an order of Green Bean Crispers (our favorite). Really disappointed with how small the portions have gotten. There couldn’t have even been a handful on the plate, and the ramekin of sauce was barely half full. The first time we ordered this appetizer, the portion was HUGE, so we had always been really upset when we ordered it every time after and it continuously gets smaller.
When the server came back for our food order, we ordered another Green Bean Crispers (sad we had to order another expensive round but they are so good). We also ordered our entrees off of the 2/​$ 25 menu. For our appetizer that comes with that, we got mozzarella sticks — you used to get 9, now you get 8. I got the 7oz Sirloin with veggies (zucchini, carrots and broccoli) and mashed potatoes. My boyfriend got the same, but added the Garlic Shrimp & Parmesan for $ 3.99. He was really upset that with all of the other visits we’ve had, nobody has mentioned this upgrade (our server didn’t either, he randomly came across it in the menu). He said he would’ve always ordered it that way if he had known.
Our second round of appetizers came out quick, as did the entrees. Our waitress took forever to bring drink refills as our cups sat empty. Apparently you can order refills on the tablet on the table, but nobody has ever explained it to us so we don’t know how to use it and chose not to at this point. Food was really good, steaks were cooked as ordered, hot potatoes and freshly steamed veggies. Server never really checked on us, so good thing everything came out right.
We opted for no dessert since we ordered multiple appetizers, but those Smore’s Churros sound freaking bomb.
Will be back to this location over the Renton one, service was a step up and food quality remained about the same. Still though, really disappointed about portion sizes…

Came in for to go on a Sunday afternoon (¹¹⁄₂₂). Ordered the two for twenty deal with buffalo boneless wings for appetizer and the Riblets and the Lemon Chicken for the meals. It was ready in the 15 minute time they told me with was pretty much the only real positive.
The buffalo chicken wings were missing the Blue Cheese Dressing. What a complete downer. They tasted good without but that is part of why we ordered them. I even checked my online order and it was on there. The Riblets look like the most unappetizing dish I have seen and tasted like grindy old pork. Horrible overcooked tasting. Not even that much sauce (picture attached)
The only other positive other then the order being ready on time was the Cedar Lemon Chicken. It was good tasting but would take a special kind of line cook to screw that up as it was only a few ingredients.
What a total downer– We have ordered from here before and it was better and its even sadder as its right in front of my work. I will give them another chance I am sure but will double check that everything is there and looks OK before we leave in the future…
Sad Expensive Take Out Meal FAIL

Worst place to watch a game. No HD tvs. The tvs have horizontal bars going across the screen and they turn up music instead of the tv. Service is always slow because they’re always short staffed.
The staff is usually friendly but everything else makes this place the last place I would want to come to for any games. No need to talk about the food since it’s just typical bar food.

WHYYYYY on earth would you take out the nachos and the BONE-​IN wings during your happy hour menu. They first took out the wings which left my heart a little broken, but then they took a bigger step further and removed their nachos from their HH menu! The only decent thing on their happy hour is gone. Now I only come here if I’m hungry and it’s the only place that’s opened late around Factoria. I get their boneless wings whenever I come there. My tip is to get the sauce on the side because it is ridiculously salty that I had to ration the meager celery stalks to get through my boneless wings. Their drinks are pretty solid though!

Nachos not on happy hour menu anymore! Boo! Service was okay. I saw a waitress chitchatting with her friends who were dining at the restaurant which I thought was unprofessional because i heard her cussing. Our waitress, jenna, was nice and attentive though. Would come back only for happy hour. Nothing more.

I came to this location 12 years ago, and I was here on ³⁄₁₂ with a friend. Nothing had changed.
Applebee’s offers the 2 for $ 20 or $ 25 deal when you’re broke but don’t feel like fast food. We got the $ 20 deal, sharing the spinach & artichoke dip with chips. He got a burger & fries. I got chicken with quinoa. The dip was ok, and the reheated chips had unnecessary oil and salt on them. My friend said his meal was all right, but the burger was greasy. I saw it oozing grease every time he picked it up, and he went through 6 napkins. My 600 calorie chicken dinner had the taste of a frozen TV dinner but luckily there was ketchup, salt and pepper.
Our quiet waiter did his job well and seemed almost apologetic when asking to refill our drinks.
Applebee’s, so much of your food is bought premade and/​or frozen. You’d make a lot more money & maybe see me more than every 12 years if you made fresh food.

Quite disappointed with Applebees in Factoria, in both service and food quality. I probably won’t be there again.
Service. Decent but lower than average.
— The waiter forgot to give a set of silverware for my 6-​yo when he brought us to our table.
— When we pressed the calling button for our waiter to get the silverware, it took the waiter 3 mins to show up. Not very attentive.
— When I asked the waiter recommendation about beer with fruity flavor, the waiter has no idea what he’s talking about.
Food. Good and bad.
— Good: My wife ordered New York Steak. It’s quite juicy, tender and nicely flavored. Not bad for two entry for $ 25 option.
— Bad:
* The portion is quite small. In the last couple of years, Applebee’s entry portion is getting smaller and smaller.
* My order of baby back ribs is small and dry. Applebee’s ribs used to be moisten, juicy and tender, which you can tear apart using your hands. Now it’s much smaller portion, very dry and not much meat on the bone. It used to be my favorite dish but now I don’t think I will order it anymore.
Generally speaking, it’s been quite a disappointing experience. The 2 entries for $ 25 is a good promotion, but if at the cost of service and quality, the it’s not worth it.
