I had an appointment for over 2 weeks. When I walked in no one really knew what was going on. I told them I was there for a facial. They said the person who gives facials was out. I asked if they could call her since I had an appointment. They told me I would need to call her. After calling 4 times I finally got a hold of someone who sounded asleep. I was told she would be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I called again and she said it would be another 30 minutes. I ended up leaving because I could not wait over an hour from the time of my appointment

I found this perfect place for my haircut when I came to Seattle. Been there several times. Milla (Ge Zi) is very professional. She knows exactly what hair style I want.

Worst experience ever!
I made an appointment and he told me 3pm would be a good time. I did arrive early at 2:40pm, but still I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes in total!!!
During the wait, he basically ignored me. And when it finally was my turn, he just started procrastinating by going around, answering phone call and stepping outside. I became impatient and asked whether he could hurry up. He answered yes but carried on with dillydallying!
OMG, it was unbelievable, so I just told him I waited for too long and this was unacceptable and left! I did not want wait another 30 minutes!
I am under the impression that he thought my ‘business’ was too small to pay attention to. I was just there for haircut. I have short hair so it wouldn’t take long and was most likely way cheaper than hair dyeing or other styling service he was providing to others at the same time. So he’d rather ignore me than ‘wasting time’ on me, so that he could make a bigger profit.
I would never go back to that place. I don’t know how that business still exists with that attitude.

Come here every month and the haircut he does really worth the price. They understand you better than you do. I I can say that Top1 hair salon in Bellevue is right here!

I got my hair color and cut done by Jon (at two different occasions). The color was A LOT brighter than I requested but it turned out very nice and I ended up liking it. They used some high quality German product that the color stays vibrant after weeks, unlike other places I’ve been to the color tends to fade and change. Now about the cut, Jon sure knows how to cut and style Asian hair (or Chinese/​Japanese/​Korean hair to be exact), I’ve been quite pleased with my regular hair stylist before I tried out this place, but Jon ’ s skill exceeded my expectation. He «gets“it! I showed him a picture I saw online and he gave me just that exact same look! Their prices aren’t cheap though. But with the products, skills and services you get I think it’s worth every penny. Their hours are awesome, which salon opens everyday til 8pm everyday? You text and get a response instantly to confirm your appoinment. These people don’t ever sleep. Lol.

Came over for a facial. First of all, I was very impressed by the cozy environment. It made me relax. Secondly, all products they used for me were ORGANIC! This is definitely a high end spa with affordable price. My skin felt so soft and brightened after 1 hour and half facial, I really really like it. I even took my husband back for a hair cut two weeks later, he really like the new style. 5 star for sure.

Very nice salon. The owner, Jon, cares A LOT about the salon and his customers, takes time examining your hair and explaining the options. Been here several times, I was never disappointed when leaving. My hair was always very well styled, shiny and smooth — just the way I wanted.
Jon is a very dedicated person. He started the whole salon from scratch, hand picked every chair, wall decoration and mirror. Very impressive!

It’s the best beauty salon among those i have tried. Jon spent 7 hours to give me a perfect hair color and i love it so much! They are professional and patient to give you the best service. I love its environment and decoration, makes me feel so good!

When I first went to still have some doubts, I feel very comfort under the description of the barber professional, cut after I really too excited, is what I want! I am very satisfied, will go on!

I came here twice. I really like here because after my hair was cut everybody said that I became more beautiful! This is my favorite salon!!!
