Extremely rude staff! Don’t even try doing a return without a receipt, you are automatically treated like a shop lifter. I tried to return a gift, they take said items & go do «research», return with a form to send in & try to just hold on to items. I’ve never been treated so poorly & judged so harshly. Very unpleasant experience, I will NEVER register or shop there again! Bryn was especially rude.

Worst BB&B I’ve visited. The manager was unhelpful, trying to pressure me into buying a high-​price, yet bad quality vacuum I did not want. The check-​out people weren’t even present (I found them goofing off near the frame section) and I had to practically tell them I wanted to buy something– a whiteboard. It was somewhow mis-​priced, but instead of being courteous about it, they said «OK, well go show me!» and then I proceeded to show them, and then when it was (poorly) marked they pointed out to me how dumb I was for not reading the sign correctly.
I will never shop here again. I proceeded to go to the Michael’s across the street to buy a lower-​priced whiteboard and was greeted by helpful and kind people.
Get your s**t together Bellevue BB&B.

Pretty much what I’d expect for a Triple B. Nothing mind blowing but it’s got all the fun stuff that you might need for a new home. Only interacted with two staff members who were both very friendly. It seemed like they only had three people working at the time.
Nothing special, nothing disgusting.

I love Bed Bath & Beyond, this store has all of the usual stuff, but the selection is lacking. I miss the stores with the larger selection of dishes, silverware and glassware. I usually go to this store when I have an item in mind and I come with my 20% coupon in hand. I waited for a set of knives I wanted to go on sale and it was nice receiving an additional 20% off, on top of the sale price. If the store does not have what you need in stock, the staff will help place an order for you.

I enjoy my time at BBB. So many stuff to browse through. May not always be the best price though.
I could not buy an item which I liked from the store, thought I’ll get by hubby to book it online later, but the online site was not updated with the latest data from the store and I ended up going back to the store for it.

This store is full of good items for the home and the prices are ok. I really enjoy the coupon’s for 20% off that they send in the mail which helps with the pricing of items. Although close to my house, I find that it is important to look at other places who have similiar items as they are not always the best price.
This store is a good solid 3 and always a place that I will look at when I am in need of an item. Customer service is good.

Despite my horrible experience, I will give it two stars because the sales associate who helped me was actually nice enough to guide me to the place for the item I needed.
Maybe I came on the wrong day since there was a mob of people waiting in the register lines so all the associates were busy at the register. However, I find it peculiar as to why the store needed two managers to guide the register lines. In my opinion, one manager could be helping the cashiers while the other could be helping people like myself who needed help in terms of where certain items were. It’s ridiculous how long I waited for an employee to be free because they were all stuck at the register (even after the line died down). What really agitated me was how the cashier who was ringing up my purchase decided to talk about taking a break right in front of me with her co-​worker and she didn’t even give me my purchases, HER CO-​WORKER HAD TO DO IT.
I sure as heck am not going to be shopping here again. They lost a customer with their horrid customer service.

I forgot how much fun I could have at a BB&B after not going to one for a while. They have a lot of the «as seen on TV» stuff as well as a great selection/​variety of kitchen, cleaning, and «home stuff» — all of which I like to browse and consider how to justify purchasing when I don’t have room for the item but I’d definitely use it!
There have been a few stumbles for this place though: they have signs up for different brands but those brands are NO WHERE to be found in the store, and sometimes the lines can take FOREVER for no reason at all (one transaction should not take 10+ minutes! not sure if it was the fault of the cashier or the customer on that one, but additional cashiers were not brought to the front and I was at the point where I was deciding maybe I should just leave the store without buying the items I NEEDed and would just do without!!). Reliving these «faults» just made me delete a star, but I’d still say it’s probably more like a 3.5. Usually the customer service is friendly, and most items are in the store. It does get crowded though with the really narrow aisles and people trying to push carts around — kind of airplane-​esque jumping into different nooks and crannies to let the other people pass.
Definitely take advantage of the 20% off coupons from the newspaper, mailings or wherever. I think they’ve started some program where you can sign up for an email and get an on-​the-​spot 20% off if you don’t have a coupon too.

This BB&B has been good to me. They have been good about returns a couple of times. Once even goofed up a return/​exchange, using coupon and I didn’t realize until later that I got a $ 50 item for about $ 27 or so by accident.
I feel a little guilty when I shop here though… as I’d prefer to support non-​chain local businesses, but I just don’t know any local businesses that sell many of the items I can get here.

I’ll admit it’s kind of annoying getting those 20% off coupons from Bed Bath and Beyond in my mail box at least once every two weeks, but I hang on to them all the time. Hell I even find myself digging into the nearby trash can (it’s sad that I’m not even lying) to grab the extra coupons that people have thrown away. Why? well you can find plenty of useful things (especially for your kitchen) at BB&B.
The store is always pretty clean, service has always been friendly, and when I’m looking for something rather than point me in the direction they usually walk me to it, sometimes even check the computer if they can’t find it on the shelves… which is nice considering all I was looking for was a $ 5 stainless steel spice shaker.
Their return policy is pretty much like Costco’s, no reason to ever complain about that… and here’s the great part… those 20% off coupons you can use on previously purchased items AND clearance items (saved me six pack on a pizza stone I bought a month ago). I wish they were a little closer to the parking lot, but then again I’m just lazy.
