I love cars. They are something i adore. I admire the craftsmanship that goes into just about any car out there! So you can imagine my devastation when my own car consistently gets wrecked by other drivers. But in all of my horrible car accidents. This place might as well be called a dealership cause when u leave it tottaly feels like you are leaving with a new car ! The work they do is outstanding. They most definitely care. You have any concerns they will check it out immediately they dont act coy or tell you something is normal when it isnt like many places to do.
Honesty. Craftsmanship and ownership is absolutely how i would describe this body shop. Arsenio owner of the facility has never ever let me down ever! Its absolutely so reassuring now to know that if anything happens to my car. I got bellevue collision services to take my problems away! Thank you!

I have never had a better experience with a body shop as I have had with Bellevue Collision Services. Arsenio helped me with absolutely everything I needed to fix my car. They were able to match the paint exactly and there is absolutely no dip from the dent. All the scratches were buffed completely leaving nothing but smooth paint. The work was done in only a few days and reasonably priced. I chose BCS after visiting four other shops and recieving estimates for each of them and am extremely pleased that I chose to come here. Highly recommended.

If I could I would give 3 and a half stars. I took my car here to be fixed after a car accident. The team did a good job making my car look like new, they took care of insurance and they give you a lifetime guarantee on their work. The only problem I had is with their communication: when they were picking up my car, I was told the tow truck would be at my house in a half hour — I waited two hours and had to call them twice for an update on where the tow truck was. And even though they ask how often you want them to call you for updates on your car on their paperwork, I always had to be the one to call them for just about anything. After I picked up my car, Arsenio had promised to call me for when another part would come in, and after more than a month of waiting I called them to see what was going on. It turned out it had arrived a while ago and nobody bothered to contact me.
Don’t get me wrong, they do great work on the body of your car and the people are nice, but proactive communication is extremely important to me since it’s your car they’re taking care of!

If you are reading this, it’s probably because your car got banged up. Sorry, that sucks! I just went thru it. If it helps, I just picked my car up. Looks new & clean again.

So, normally I don’t do reviews unless they are either very very bad and you should stay away, or very amazingly good, that I would recommend anyone to go to in a heart beat. Bellevue Collision Services is definitely a place to get any body/​paint damage fixed. The person whom I worked with — Sergio, is courteous and friendly. Even though he was swarmed with many other clients, he takes the time to address all of my concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Now, you can’t fully review a place until you have seen all of the customer servicing portion. It is very important to know what happens when things aren’t perfect. In this case, my front bumper bit between the plastic and the aluminum had a minor air bubble — the seam line is one of the trickier parts to get right. After bringing that to their attention, they quickly fixed it.
In conclusion, the staff at Bellevue Collision Services will stop at nothing until you are completely satisfied. Their friendly attitude coupled with excellent automotive body work is definitely worth a 5 star rating from me. I highly recommend any of you to visit this shop when your vehicle is damaged.

My car was bought here to be fixed, but their service is VERY bad. When we visit them after all the paperwork were done, they told us to come back next week at this time and day and they will fix it. When we came back, they said they can’t fix it that day. Then I told them to call me when they can fix it and it has been three weeks and they have not called. I’m just so angry with them and I don’t want to think about this mess up situation. I do not have time to come back and forth to the F****** shop. We need our specific car to work so it must be fix on the same day we bring it. Their reason of not fixing our car is, «we are too busy.» Well, you were busy when we first came, so we asked you for a better date and you gave us a random appointment. And you definitely do NOT provide any customer trust to your business. Just random talks and waste your customer’s time.

Arsenio and Bellevue Collision Services could not have made repairing my car any easier. They are honest, professional and do exactly what they say they are going to do. The repair was great. They took care of everything, including insurance, rental car, scheduling and repair. They accommodated my schedule and immediately put me at ease. Everything was flawless. I got back a car that looked better than when I brought it in. I hope not to need more body work any time soon but if I do, I will definitely go back to Arsenio and Bellevue Collision Services.

My car’s head lights and bumper were broken in an accident. The Bellevue Collision Services guys did a very good job, and after fix my car looks like a brand new! Awesome! :)

I baby every single car I’ve ever Owned. I’ve been coming to these guys since 1999. Obviously there is a reason behind that. Great customer service and lifetime warranty makes me come back any time I need auto body work done. I’ve known Arsenio since 1999 and he has always delivered nothing but perfection each time. I’ve even referred all my family members and friends that need auto body work done because I trust their work and will continue to be a lifetime customer. I trust any advice they offer and don’t think twice about anything because with Arsenio and his team, I know my car is always in good hands.

Great place and location. They fixed my car after a crash and it looks like it was pre-​crash.
They even cleaned the car for no charge. The interior was cleaner than an $ 80 service i had last year.
They even touched up some paint of an older fender bender i had.
Great place. Money isn’t everything for them. They do quality work.

Wow. These guys did an absolutely stellar job on a fairly difficult repair. They were a little difficult to schedule with but very straightforward and very thorough. Our car came back shiny and sparking clean!

Walked in for an estimate, took less than 10 minutes. Arsenio showed me a diagram of the parts required to fix my bumper and exhaust. I dropped it off and the next day received a call giving options on getting this fixed. Total time from drop off and pick up was less than 2 days. Car looks new again! Bumper sensors, rear camera, lift gate everything works as it should.
I will be telling my friends and family to consider this shop for any future work that they might have.

My father-​in-​law dropped my garage door on my 3 month old 2014 Dodge Challenger (long story). Needless to say, I replaced the door with an automated one and then was left with the fun task of locating an auto body repair shop that wasn’t going to rip me off to repair the massive dent in my car’s trunk and driver quarter panel. Since I just moved to Bellevue, I didn’t know who to turn to; so I called around a bit. After a couple of unsuccessful calls, I seeked the assistance of Unilocal.I called Bellevue Collision Services and Sergio (one of the owners) immediately answered the phone. A good sign when the owner picks up on the 1^st few rings — and he assured me he and his company was going to be honest and fair.
I went down there that same day to get an estimate. Sergio was very knowledgeable and quick. More importantly, he charged a VERY FAIR price. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical since the old saying «If it’s too good to be true, it probably isn’t» or «you get what you pay for.»
I made an appointment to drop off the car and 3 days later, nervously surveyed my car prior to entering the establishment. And I was pleasantly surprised to see my Red Challenger completely restored as if I had gotten it off the showroom floor. He also had his team polish it and remove some unsightly surface scratches. And also did basic vacuum of the interior. So, thus far — 5 star for service and quality. His team did exceptional work! He greeted me and did a walk through and I was given the keys, easy in and out.
If I could give him and his business six stars I would. And here’s why, I noticed my wife left her jewelry box, and then sweat commenced as I was anticipating an empty box or someone might have stole something. I opened it and there was my wife’s diamond necklace and chain. This piece retails for 2500 $ but more importantly I gave it to her on our wedding day — so it is priceless to both of us. And I know they cleaned the interior, so actions do speak louder than words. That shows how honest he and the staff he hires are.
If you have any auto needs, rest assured that Sergio and his crew are the best.

The only reason I’m giving Bellevue Collision Services a five star rating is simple, they deserved it. No headaches, No hassle, and very straight forward services.

I slightly crashed my 1 year old new car and I looked around for a quote before I call insurance, I came to this place first since it’s closer, I never had an accident before, never used my insurance ever although paying it for years. Arsenio is very patient explaining how to handle a situation like mine, and how expensive a decent fix can cost. They estimate 1 month to fix it, I spend quite a while in his place and then head off to the most reputable place around Bellevue (I’m sure everyone looking at Unilocal will find out), only to find out they are too crowded with customers, and they estimate 2 month for the fix, and they’re very impatient. I don’t want 2 month without my car, my rental insurance just cannot cover that long. So I come back to BCS.
BCS is very flexible with what I want to do with my car and they are very willing to talk with me, discuss options, they work with insurance and got all OEM parts, I damaged my exhaust and I got to choose my own aftermarket exhaust from my preferred brand (Cannot do it at the other place I asked). I can call or email them every couple day and they responded very quick with latest updates.
1 month and 10 days later, I picked up my car, everything look like brand new and I love it. The color, paint, coat are all perfect.

Outstanding service. Picked up my Audi after some extensive body work and everything looked great EXCEPT that it was late in the day, raining and at the time I didn’t notice the dent in the trunk that wasn’t there before. It was almost impossible to see it while the car was wet. My car had been left out overnight after detailing and it looked like the scratches and dent were from a falling tree branch (really stormy night).
It was several days later before I stopped back to talk to them about it. They COULD HAVE told me they have no way of knowing when it was dented and given the elapsed time they were not responsible. WHAT they did was outstanding. Stipulating that they had no way of knowing if the damage was done in their shop, their primary concern was making sure I was a happy customer. They offered to cover a paint less dent repair and when I got the car back the second time it looked great. No arguments, no accusations… these guys were only concerned with client satisfaction in a situation where I couldn’t prove when/​where the damage happened.

I am so impressed with Arsenio & Sergio that I immediately went to my computer to write this review after picking up my car no more than 20 minutes ago. My car was rear-​ended and after some google searches I settled on Bellevue Collision due to the great reviews. I dropped my car off this past Monday (Yes, they were working on Labor Day!) and mentioned some other scrapes and dents on the front end that were not a result of this accident. They said they’d give me a quote for that since I would have to pay that out-​of-​pocket. I had previously received a quote of $ 1,200 at another place.
Not only did they repair the damage from the accident they touched up my entire vehicle at no cost to me! Yes, I will eventually have to fork over some $$ to have the front bumper replaced due to rusting, however, with the work they did you can’t even tell! My car looks awesome and they even washed and detailed it for me. AND they did this all within a few days of dropping it off. Just awesome.
Needless to say, I am 100% happy with their customer service and work and will be referring anyone I know there. Highly recommend BCS.
