I have been a patient of Leslie Smith for about 5 years now. I always feel comfortable, understood and attended to, no matter how small or big my issue is. I have also seen other providers in the clinic such as Tyler Free, and Dr. Brumm. They are always willing to go out of their way for anyone in need. Their staff is incredible friendly, knowledgable and efficient!

I have been a patient at Bellevue Family Medicine for over 10 years and cannot speak highly enough of my treatment there. Dr. Constance Brumm is perhaps one of the most caring, understanding and thoroughly professional people I have ever dealt with. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and attend to them. And perhaps, most importantly, she has never attempted to go beyond her own experience. Every time I have needed a specialist she has promptly referred me to a highly competent and skilled specialist who handled my concerns with the same courteous and professional attention she gives to her patients. I have and do recommend Dr. Brumm to anyone who wants a skilled and caring doctor.

If you value your health, and want to trust that you are getting the best care then DO NOT go here. They misdiagnosed my broken ankle and prescribed physical therapy. I got a second opinion and was immediately diagnosed with a broken ankle and told it would have become a compound fracture if I had gone to physical therapy. They are nice and friendly, but completely incompetent!!!

It’s practically impossible to write a review about a business full of good people but you’ve had limited luck with them.
For years I have been a patient of theirs, and now I realize I need to end this relationship. Their failure to refer to specialists when they don’t know the answer has come between us, and after the third time seeking out a specialist to help with a problem they couldn’t diagnose I realize I need a physician’s office that has a network of peers that they can rely on when the problem is beyond their expertise. Each time a specialist has been able to take care of the problem promptly, but I suffered because time ultimately lapsed and it could have been handled quicker.
But they are nice people, prompt and friendly, and for the basics they are fabulous.
