Have hired Choice Property Services several times and we are always more than happy with the results and value. Very professional, easy to have working on my property, and always on time (sometimes they make time for us when we need something done for a special occasion). Most recently, after having our house painted we desperately needed our windows cleaned and after Choice Property Services left, I felt so great because I could see out of my windows again!
You can’t go wrong with this company, we will continue to use this company as our needs arise and always enjoy working with them.

I used Choice Property Service last week. Cliff was great. He was responsive, made and kept his appointment, arrived on time and cleaned the gutters thoroughly. I needed a couple of repairs too so Cliff waited for a dry day, and fixed areas where there was damage/​leaks. Everything looks great now. Cliff is a total pro and I’ll be calling him in the future when my windows need cleaning.

Great new company run by Cliff. Cliff is fast, reliable and a man of his word. Super professional and very reasonably priced. I used Cliff to clean the gutters on a very steep pitched house. He follows up and delivers the property services as promised. I have a number of rentals and would definately use Cliff again. If you are looking for roof cleaning, or general maintainance work on a private home or rental give this wonderful hard working man the business.
