We selected CMAR Construction as a result of previous stellar Unilocal reviews, and have not been disappointed. Our initial job was a bathroom remodel; since then we have had him back for an additional bathroom remodel as well as painting inside and out. The owner, Ramiro, and his brothers are skilled craftsmen, reasonably priced, and friendly.

We were first introduced to Ramiro 14 years ago when he added the den to our house. His exceptional workmanship impressed us so much that we called on him two more times to remodel two kitchens and two bathrooms at different sites. As expected, the work that was completed was exceptional. Most recently, CMAR Construction was called to paint all the interior walls, install new carpeting, as well as being requested to do minor repair work all around the house in order to prep it to be put on the market. With very little time given, Ramiro and his crew were able to complete the work in record time. No job is too big or too small for CMAR Construction. Not enough can be said about Ramiro’s dependability. The job is ALWAYS very well done.

Our wonderful plumber turned us on to Ramiro and Cmar construction. We are so grateful they did. We always wanted a gigantic shower with all the fixings. I work as a realtor so I’ve seen many botched remodels and how mistakes effect value. Ramiro and his crew did an amazing job. The shower is 10′ X 5′ with body jets, rain pan, and shower head. Best part is everything looks like it was always there. The shower drains properly, and you can run a wine glass across the tile without catching an edge. A true sign of talented craftsmanship. Ramiro even took the time to correct issues left behind by the contractor who «flipped» our house. I will and have recommend Ramiro and CMAR construction to my friends, family and clients. Thank you Ramiro for doing such a great job!
