I’ve taken my computer here for multiple issues. I have a MineCraft-​loving, button-​pressing boy who insists on sending my desktop to the ER repeatedly.
During our last visit, it was found that my computer needed to be completely wiped and to have the OS’ reinstalled. My computer is able to run multiple OS’. My drive with Windows7 reinstalled beautifully. The shop even took the time to reinstall some of my programs, such as Photoshop. However, my windows8 drive didn’t want to reinstall.
Now, like most, I dislike Windows8, and am perfectly content staying on 7. The personal problem I had with NOT reinstalling 8 was that I had paid for it. I wanted it back because it was mine, whether I liked the program or not. After several attempts, the shop was finally able to reinstall my computer’s Windows8 drive.
I am grateful to find a computer repair shop that I can trust and know will do what it takes to try and put my computer back together — again :).
