I was very dissapointed by the customer service. i walked in there after a nice dinner out at Daniel’s Broiiler(yum) in the hotel and was asked if I needed assistance. I had just arrived so I said I wanted to browse for a gift for my husband. The clerk curtly informed me that they closed in 10 minutes. After a circuit of the store, accomplishedin roughly 6 minutes, I spoke to the clerk who was apparently working on closing the register — she did not respond but diid hear me. I would have purchased a small item($ 380). I left. My advice to the store owner is to close at 7:30 if they don’t truly want to sell something after that time. Really poor customer service, especially 9 days before Christmas.

I love all the unique hand crafted things they sell here. Amazing & beautiful jewelry, wood & blown glass. A definite MUST stop to shop while in Bellevue.

Elements is the epitome of a fine art and jewelry boutique. I have shopped there many times for my wife and home. I am always amazed at the collection of fine blown glass, jewelry, and cards in their shop. Bonnie, the owner, has a keen eye for the most unique, creative art pieces, and they always keep the inventory of new items fresh so that every visit is a wonderful treasure hunt for beautiful creations. Of special note are their wonderful blown glass jellyfish, a must for any northwest home. Their sculptural vases and bowls are just exquisite. I also have a weakness for their many unique glass hearts, which I give frequently to my wife. Take a trip to Elements Gallery the next time you are in Bellevue. The tough part of the trip will be leaving the store!
