I have been to several dentist in various cities/​States that I have lived in, in the past and Dr. Nishimura and Dr Kang are one of the best dentists I have ever met.
I had a cavity under an existing filling in a very complicated area near the wisdom tooth (i will leave out the technicalities and details as im no expert), Dr. Kang identified this during my cleaning visit. Since i wanted to get this resolved right away they were able to schedule me for the following day (7am) with Dr. nishimura. He demonstrated what a veteran he is in this field. My visit such a pleasant and pain free one that i will go back there without any fear. He is patient, kind, educates you on why he is doing what he doing… i can go on.
Im a very nervous and anxious patient at the dentist (due to past experiences that have been painful) buy they made my visit a pleasant one (yes iam still talking about dentist office). Highly recommend!!!

I HATE THE DENTIST WITH A PASSION!!! I generally don’t have bad days, but going to the dentist is generally what I consider a bad day, and I have good teeth…
I cringe so badly and press my hands so tightly that my palms came close to bleeding from nail marks at the end of the session.
But thanks to Factoria Family Dentistry and Drs. Kang and Nishimura and their crew, I have felt a lot more comfortable going to the dentist. They have made my dreaded visits to the dentist a lot more manageable.
Mel, the girl at the front desk is very sweet and never fails to call with a reminder. They work great with our insurance company and both Dr. Kang and Dr. Nishimura are fantastic. They are absolutely great in explaining everything to you in every detail. They also have great hygienists who are patient and always try to keep you calm and collected.
Our entire family goes to this clinic and we would not go anywhere else. The office is nice, there is a huge window with trees from every room, so nice environment throughout the experience.
They always give you great supplies after and they work great with the insurance companies.
And they have headphones available upon request as well.
If you are looking for a good dental clinic, you should give this one a try. They are also conveniently located in Bellevue with ample parking.
