Update: The manager promptly commented on my negative review, stating that Foothill Commons responds to all contact, requests, etc. within 24 hours, and further defended my other complaints. What was said in defense is just simply untrue. From their point of view, of course it makes sense to defend their business online, but I just hope people read that and do not believe it, because once you sign your lease, you are no longer treated as a valued customer. Rather, you are ignored by a management who could not care less about you. PS: After I posted my negative review(stating how areas only really visible to tenants are usually filthy) which a manager responded to, maintenance came and«cleaned» common areas for the first time in over half a year.(Cleaned=power washing stairs and walls and leaving everything in a damp, puddly swamp which left door mats soaking wet and stinky).

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with my wife, no kids. I received my first utilities bill from AUM and I was surprised to see I was charged $ 61.98 for Sewer!($ 28.01 for Water). Sewer + Trash + Water + AUM Admin Charge = $ 107.97! I called AUM(866−520−1245) and the man on the phone mentioned that the bill for Sewer+Water is one bill for the complex that is divided among all the residents. I talked to Foothill management and they told me I should contact AUM and they cannot promise I will not be paying $ 61.98 for sewer every month! I will be updating my review periodically.

I wish I could post a picture of the shit on the carpet on our building floor!!! the crap was left by a tenant and it was not cleaned. I emailed the«assistant manager» Gracie and she said she would get the building cleaned but she has not!!! I don’t think these guys work at all they seem to not care unless someone makes some noise
