Do you need a new watch? Do you have an interchangable band and want a new look?
Go see Michael and his team at the Bellevue Square location and they will take care of you. I went in looking for a new look and had a very pleasant shopping experience. It only took a couple suggestions until I was presented with a model that fit my style request.
There was no hard up-​selling, or annoying retail tactics that we all know and hate. Like I said earlier, if you’re in the market for a new look for your watch, check this location out while you’re looking.

The sales woman that was working in the afternoon of Monday 12÷1÷14 was really annoying. I came in ready to buy a messenger bag that I saw online but changed my mind since the minute we walked in, the sales woman talked non stop! I understand you have to greet us but to continuously talk non stop was inexcusable. How about giving customers some breathing room to actually look at the product before you bombard them incessantly with questions. Apparently subtly is lacking in your vocabulary when we REPEATEDLY told you we are still looking and deciding. Due to that barrage of questions and obliviousness, we bought the same exact product at Nordstrom instead.

Interestingly enough, I actually came to Bellevue Square to browse their Macy’s for a new Fossil wallet to replace my old one. I don’t even need their watches or purses or anything. And by coincidence, I spotted this little Fossil store in the mall. Guess I don’t need to go to Macy’s anymore!
Fossil has some great wallets. The ridiculously pretty girl working there showed me some of them with the trifold and zippers that I’m so fond of. Throughout my entire visit, she was friendly and helpful, not to mention beautiful. I’m not rating this place positively solely for that reason, but it certainly helps! One $ 45 wallet later ($ 49.28 after tax) and I walk out of this store a happy man.

Hey thanks for selling me the display watch without me knowing! Now I have to drive 20 miles again just to return it!

I came into the store to get my new watch adjusted to the right wrist size. Unfortunately, the store does not have a hole puncher for watch bands — I find it very surprising! It’s a watch store! How can they not have such a simple tool?
Anyhow, the SA recommended that we could try going to Nordstrom to get the watch band adjusted. It turns out that the my watch band was of a silicon/​rubber material and there could be a probability of damage if another hole is punctured. In the end, I went back to Fossil to get my watch exchanged for another style. It took me a very long time to decide on the watch I like. However, Jamie was extremely patient. She showed me what was available within my price range.
I left the store happy with my customized watch :) Thanks Jamie for the fabulous customer service!

UPDATE: I originally rated a «one» for the store’s first response to my problem. But I also complained further up the chain. Have to commend Stephanie, the Assistant Store Manager for going above and beyond to address my issue. Jeremy, the Store Manager was also helpful. Stephanie was very apologetic, extremely helpful and took care of my return with no problems. Because of Stephanie and Jeremy, I’ll double my final rating — 2.
My only aside is that it should not have taken their intervention to make things square. They did correct the issue, with haste, so definitely kudos there.
