Gina Zahajko – RSVP Real Estate

We (me & my husband) worked with Gina to find our dream home, and we almost did. I am very picky and its hard to impress me, but I was really impressed with Gina. Being a first time home buyer, I was new to everything. But with Gina things were easy. Gina on every tour explained us the different parts of house, like the siding, the microwave exhaust, gas pipes and also gave a rough idea as how much it might cost us to remodel or make changes. We got accepted with the first offer we made itself, in such a hard market. While writing the offer and after offer acceptance, she helped us read all the documents (being legal it was hard for us to go through everything and understand that well). She made us comfortable throughout the process, and we never felt pushed into or for any decision. Also, we had a lot questions about the property, and she contacted the HOA and many other people to get us the information we needed. We highly recommend Gina, and would love o work with her again if we get a chance.

This is the second time my wife and I have had the pleasure to work with Gina and in both cases Gina has demonstrated her depth and expertise with Real Estate transactions.
Having been a realtor in the early 2000’s, I have first hand knowledge of what it takes to coordinate a successful sale.
