Dr. Haines please replace your stuff or send them to a proper training how to provide at least good medical service to your patients. However, I never even gotten to have a chance to be your patient because your stuff never called me back to schedule an appointment. I have left two messages. Extremely unprofessional and highly unacceptable in this day and age. In addition to being newly pregnant and going through all the changes there is no need to add stress of trying to find a proper care during my pregnancy.

I’ve been in California for 19 years but Dr. Haines was my Dr. for my 2^nd pregnancy, my third, which ended in miscarriage, and my fourth at age 40. I’ve never had a better Doctor of any kind. We moved from Portland where I’d been suffering from Endometriosis for several years. I’d seen 8 Doctors, 7 of whom treated me like a nut case who wanted to get out of chores. It turns out my endometriosis was on my bladder. The 8^th Doctor diagnosed it correctly and sent me for surgery and hormone treatment. But when the 9 months of treatment was over, we had moved to Washington and I was far from cured. I got Dr. Haines’s number from my new neighbor and called on Monday. The receptionist said I could have a New Patient appt. in 3 months. I explained my distress, she hung up the phone to speak to the Dr. and called me back with an appt. on that same Friday. He was my Dr. for 20 years, even after we moved to California we would fly back to Washington to see Dr.Haines.Our second child was a teenager by then and had her first exam there. I haven’t seen a Gyncologyst since then. I am glad he’s still here so that I have a Doctor I can trust.
